No company in the USA sells higher quality proteins and no other company offers as wide a variety of protein types under one brand. Try finding another major player who sells Whey Isolate, Pepto Pro and Bio Serum Proteins on their websites--you won't. Try finding genuine Creapure Creatine--good luck (hint...Al has it). Honest Review Ordered 3 products so far, the peptopro, oat muscle, and their muscle shake. Everything is great, and digests very well (no cramps nor bloat). Recovery has also been immensely helpful ever since trying these guys out. Flavor is not the best due to the few ingredients used and lack of artificial sweeteners. But overall happy to have the experience with this company, and will definitely be a returning customer. They are expensive but you’re absolutely getting what you pay for if not more.

It has been a staggering 19 days since my initial inquiry, yet I have received no communication or act of customer service from Protien Factory.This level of disregard is entirely out of character for a company I have trusted and patronized for so long. The lack of response is particularly disheartening considering the unwavering quality of Protein Factory's products. However, it pains me to admit that this stellar product quality is overshadowed by abysmal customer service and communication practices. Echoing the experiences of other dissatisfied customers, such as Steve Pearl, it appears evident that there has been a notable decline in the company's dedication to its patrons. It is disheartening to witness what feels like a loss of passion for the business from the company's leadership. While I still hold faith in the excellence of Protein Factory's products, I cannot in good conscience recommend purchasing from them online.
