GBHelpful For My Goals This app is very helpful with my fitness and nutrition goals. I wasn't doing IF correctly and this was really a great guide. I'm type 2 diabetic and it works for me but I wouldn't recommend doing it without the guidance of your health professional. I've been doing keto and low carb eating for over a year so I'm more familiar with my health. Great app and program!

GBSimple is just that Simple is just that, simple. It is a quick and easy way for me track when my eating and fasting windows should be so I am getting the benefits of intermittent fasting. It also makes logging meals, hydration and movement a breeze. I love that it syncs with my Fitbit. It might not be the meal detail for everyone but it works for me. The daily articles and information is very informative and helps me make smarter choices with my food.

GBCustomer Service fixed my problem! I had an issue and had to utilize the customer support. I was a little upset there are no ways to get ahold of them other than email, but that didn't stop Margaret from helping me get to the bottom of what was going on. Thanks Margaret for all of your help!
