Customer Service fixed my problem! I had an issue and had to utilize the customer support. I was a little upset there are no ways to get ahold of them other than email, but that didn't stop Margaret from helping me get to the bottom of what was going on. Thanks Margaret for all of your help!

Mindful eating to change your life This app is the answer to anyone that has struggled with weight and emotional eating . The amount of support in every facet is outstanding . The fasting has been effortless . Truly shocking to imagine how much food I used to consume and how mindful eating influences every part of my life in such a positive way. I highly recommend this app as it feels like I have a personal coach supporting me every step of the way . To date I have lost almost 10 lbs and feel amazing

I have trouble navigating the website I have trouble navigating the website. I want to get back to recipe ideas. I also struggle with taking the time to record my daily intake. I'm following the IF plan marginally. It's stressful at times to ignore cravings or hunger, but for now, I'm just going to get acquainted with the pattern of IF and not get stressed if I'm not following it exactly. I'm also trying to do the WalkFit app at the same time but I've decided to back off of that a little bit until I get used to IF.

I love this app!!! It spells everything out clearly and simply. It’s easy to track my food and water intake (I had been drinking half the amount of water that I had thought I was drinking before I started this app). I get immediate feedback on the nutritional content of my meal or snack. And the smiley face cheers me up and congratulates me. Oh, and after 4+ years of not being able to lose any weight, and actually gaining more, after this first week of diligently using this app, I have lost 3 pounds!!! That may not sound like much until you think of it as scraping the equivalent of 3 big blocks of butter off my backside! I highly recommend this app!!!
