Great app, even better customer service Love this app, I've struggled with weight loss for years. This program works so well! Plus when I needed help with billing they adjusted to bill to my total satisfaction!!!

This is a great plan! I have enjoyed using the Simple app and doing IF. The information I have received has been very helpful in learning how my body works, and what foods are good to help it function better. I like the AI coaching. I wasn’t sure at first, but it is intuitive and provides good information and encouragement too!

Very difficult to live like this Very difficult to live like this. Times to eat are nowhere near a normal schedule. 16 hours without food makes me feel exhausted and unmotivated to do anything but sit on a couch and tend to the low blood sugar headache every day.
