GBHelpful For My Goals This app is very helpful with my fitness and nutrition goals. I wasn't doing IF correctly and this was really a great guide. I'm type 2 diabetic and it works for me but I wouldn't recommend doing it without the guidance of your health professional. I've been doing keto and low carb eating for over a year so I'm more familiar with my health. Great app and program!

GBVery difficult to live like this Very difficult to live like this. Times to eat are nowhere near a normal schedule. 16 hours without food makes me feel exhausted and unmotivated to do anything but sit on a couch and tend to the low blood sugar headache every day.

AUIt’s working!! The Simple App works!! I have bought a lot of apps in my time to help me lose weight , gain health etc etc and the Simple app literally was a mercy prayer of mine to find something that I could understand, simply. I have only been on for 2 weeks exactly today and I have lost 3 kilos!! Nothings worked like this for me before and because of my peri menopause the foods I choose now have been amazing for my overall health and having the fasting window close is very empowering with discipline.

GBI like a reminder each day and that’s… I like a reminder each day and that’s what this app does…. Sometimes life gets busy and when there’s a reminder after a while you get accustomed to fulfilling your goals. I also like the nutrition recommendations and the exercise programs offered. This keeps me on track and motivated to continue.

GBSimple is just that Simple is just that, simple. It is a quick and easy way for me track when my eating and fasting windows should be so I am getting the benefits of intermittent fasting. It also makes logging meals, hydration and movement a breeze. I love that it syncs with my Fitbit. It might not be the meal detail for everyone but it works for me. The daily articles and information is very informative and helps me make smarter choices with my food.
