Was not clear whether or not a telehealth system was available for the test. Scheduled and went through an online meeting with customer service representative. Covered the subject and gave me the options I had to clear my concerns.

GBGreat Experience! I had a great experience working with Meenta on my family's COVID testing that we are hoping to use for entry into Canada. The nurse that worked with us to confirm the test results for my children was incredibly helpful and efficient.

GBBuyer Beware! I’m revising my review of Meenta. I originally gave Meenta 5 stars because of their quick responses to me when I was thinking about ordering some of their COVID Tests. Well, once I ordered 3 kits and only received 2 I messaged customer service and guess what…. No response. I’ve emailed Meenta twice since December 26th (today is Jan 4th) and still no response or acknowledgement. Great customer service until they get your money. Buyer beware!!
