I ordered and used the Lucira Covid-19… I ordered and used the Lucira Covid-19 All-In-One with report for travel. There was a glitch on ordering where 2 orders were assigned the same order #. It would have helped if I had received expectations on what I should see on the Meenta site after ordering. On ordering I was able to set up a user id which wasn't my email address. I started asking questions when my user id wasn't recognized on the Meenta site which led to the double order discovery. Meenta support guided me through a work around and from then on everything worked well. Delivery of the product was in 2 business days. Instructions with the product were very clear. When I sent in my picture, the last step is to enter a zip or postal code. It didn't accept a postal code. I appreciate that I was able to send in a picture etc. on Christmas eve and received my report early Christmas day. Well done to all your staff.

Great customer service We had a family event on Saturday that we wanted to be sure that we were Covid free for. We had been hearing reports that the antigen tests aren’t sensitive enough and didn’t have time for a PCR test. A friend told us that the Lucira home kits are as accurate as PCR and that MEENTA carried them. I immediately went on line and ordered the kits adding overnight delivery so that we could have the kits Saturday. Friday morning, Liesl reached out to me to let me know that the kits would arrive on the next business day, which would be Tuesday, because of the holiday. She offered me the option of getting a Saturday delivery so that we could get the kits on time. Thanks to Liesl’s attention to our needs, we received the kits early on Saturday morning, took our tests and we’re able to attend our family event with confidence. We truly appreciate Liesl’s conscientious outreach to get us our kits on time. We will absolutely be recommending MEENTA based on her outstanding customer service.

We had some issues at the beginning due… We had some issues at the beginning due to a mismatch of our needs and what they were offering. They came up with a compromise solution and eventually a real solution. The CEO stayed in touch and set us up with a staffer to look after our needs. We are not a huge client but they came through and now we have a good testing solution.

At home Covid tests Very happy with my purchase. It arrived quickly. Good product, easy to understand instructions for use. Actually, I was surprised at how many tests were in the box. I may have not seen the amount listed in the description. But, a happy surprise.
