I ordered and used the Lucira Covid-19… I ordered and used the Lucira Covid-19 All-In-One with report for travel. There was a glitch on ordering where 2 orders were assigned the same order #. It would have helped if I had received expectations on what I should see on the Meenta site after ordering. On ordering I was able to set up a user id which wasn't my email address. I started asking questions when my user id wasn't recognized on the Meenta site which led to the double order discovery. Meenta support guided me through a work around and from then on everything worked well. Delivery of the product was in 2 business days. Instructions with the product were very clear. When I sent in my picture, the last step is to enter a zip or postal code. It didn't accept a postal code. I appreciate that I was able to send in a picture etc. on Christmas eve and received my report early Christmas day. Well done to all your staff.

My son is a competitive fencer and… My son is a competitive fencer and travels the world for to compete for the USA. He uses the Lucira good for travel product for the past year and it's excellent! Results come quickly and it passes the airport regulations with no problems. We are loyal customers! We wish we could get more discounts.

$35 dollars for shipping? $35 dollars for shipping?! Also, tried to reach customer service and never reached anyone to provide me CPT codes and EIN for insurance reimbursement. I would not buy here again. ETA: I did receive a reply below that's not entirely helpful. If Meento.io has a CPT code and an EIN (most businesses have a tax ID number) I can handle reimbursement myself. Receiving those would be helpful.

Great Experience! I had a great experience working with Meenta on my family's COVID testing that we are hoping to use for entry into Canada. The nurse that worked with us to confirm the test results for my children was incredibly helpful and efficient.

I still haven’t received my kit I still haven’t received my kit, one week late and much too late for my trip! Why are these shipped by USPS when so time sensitive? I will never order again from your company nor recommend to others, including the organization that recommended your product
