GBBuyer Beware! I’m revising my review of Meenta. I originally gave Meenta 5 stars because of their quick responses to me when I was thinking about ordering some of their COVID Tests. Well, once I ordered 3 kits and only received 2 I messaged customer service and guess what…. No response. I’ve emailed Meenta twice since December 26th (today is Jan 4th) and still no response or acknowledgement. Great customer service until they get your money. Buyer beware!!

CAIt was not a less than stellar… It was not a less than stellar experience, but having to poke around to find the exact product desired, among a few "same-but-different" items, was a very minor matter. Otherwise, product ordered and received in a timely fashion, all good. Next month we'll see how the testing process goes as we return home....

CAHad a concern after reading your instructions for the Lucira self test… Had a concern after reading your instructions to the Lucira Self Test . Was not clear whether or not a telehealth system was available for the test. Scheduled and went through an online meeting with customer service representative. Covered the subject and gave me the options I had to clear my concerns.

CAI ordered and used the Lucira Covid-19… I ordered and used the Lucira Covid-19 All-In-One with report for travel. There was a glitch on ordering where 2 orders were assigned the same order #. It would have helped if I had received expectations on what I should see on the Meenta site after ordering. On ordering I was able to set up a user id which wasn't my email address. I started asking questions when my user id wasn't recognized on the Meenta site which led to the double order discovery. Meenta support guided me through a work around and from then on everything worked well. Delivery of the product was in 2 business days. Instructions with the product were very clear. When I sent in my picture, the last step is to enter a zip or postal code. It didn't accept a postal code. I appreciate that I was able to send in a picture etc. on Christmas eve and received my report early Christmas day. Well done to all your staff.

GBNot happy that shipping is with FedEx and so SLOW Not happy that shipping is so SLOW. Seems like you’ve switched recently to FedEx, which is unequivocally the *worst* carrier out there. This definitely changes my view on Meenta. Once I see FedEx, I’m out. Meenta used to get Covid testing kits out much faster, when 2 day shipping was offered. Now there is only standard shipping, which takes a WEEK, or next day, which costs and additional 20%!! This time, as my household falls like dominoes, I really needed this kits faster. But not an extra $80 faster. BOO. Bring back 2 day shipping with a better carrier.
