GBBuyer Beware! I’m revising my review of Meenta. I originally gave Meenta 5 stars because of their quick responses to me when I was thinking about ordering some of their COVID Tests. Well, once I ordered 3 kits and only received 2 I messaged customer service and guess what…. No response. I’ve emailed Meenta twice since December 26th (today is Jan 4th) and still no response or acknowledgement. Great customer service until they get your money. Buyer beware!!

CAHad a concern after reading your instructions for the Lucira self test… Had a concern after reading your instructions to the Lucira Self Test . Was not clear whether or not a telehealth system was available for the test. Scheduled and went through an online meeting with customer service representative. Covered the subject and gave me the options I had to clear my concerns.

GBNot happy that shipping is with FedEx and so SLOW Not happy that shipping is so SLOW. Seems like you’ve switched recently to FedEx, which is unequivocally the *worst* carrier out there. This definitely changes my view on Meenta. Once I see FedEx, I’m out. Meenta used to get Covid testing kits out much faster, when 2 day shipping was offered. Now there is only standard shipping, which takes a WEEK, or next day, which costs and additional 20%!! This time, as my household falls like dominoes, I really needed this kits faster. But not an extra $80 faster. BOO. Bring back 2 day shipping with a better carrier.

GBGreat customer service We had a family event on Saturday that we wanted to be sure that we were Covid free for. We had been hearing reports that the antigen tests aren’t sensitive enough and didn’t have time for a PCR test. A friend told us that the Lucira home kits are as accurate as PCR and that MEENTA carried them. I immediately went on line and ordered the kits adding overnight delivery so that we could have the kits Saturday. Friday morning, Liesl reached out to me to let me know that the kits would arrive on the next business day, which would be Tuesday, because of the holiday. She offered me the option of getting a Saturday delivery so that we could get the kits on time. Thanks to Liesl’s attention to our needs, we received the kits early on Saturday morning, took our tests and we’re able to attend our family event with confidence. We truly appreciate Liesl’s conscientious outreach to get us our kits on time. We will absolutely be recommending MEENTA based on her outstanding customer service.
