GBRemediated Attic Everyone we worked with at HomeSmart was very courteous, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The salesperson, the inspector/estimator, and the installers were very patient and thorough. They made sure that we understood the work that was done, showed us close up pictures of what they were doing and why, and patiently answered all our questions. The installers arrived at our house on time and completed the work in the time they estimated it would take. We are glad we chose to have HomeSmart do our work.

GBOur great expierence! Our great experience started at the dinner presentation at the Glyndon Grill. The food was excellent, and Shawn provided an awesome presentation about the services that Home Smart Technologies provides. Andrew was very knowledgeable and efficient providing detailed information about the services that would benefit us after doing a thorough inspection. Taylor and Jose arrived a little early to our pleasant surprise. They both were very professional and made us feel very comfortable. They looked over every area of the required work and explained each aspect of the work they were going to do. They patiently and completely answered our MANY questions which came up throughout the day. The work performed was excellent and completed in a timely manner. They then proceeded to clean up all the work areas leaving everything spotless. Ann & I would recommend Home Smart Technologies to anyone who has a need for their services. I have to say by the time Taylor and Jose were finished we felt like they were family! Awesome customer service!!

GBDo not let the flawed inspection or pretend savings suck you in to move quickly-do your homework As others have said they rush you to make a decision so you do not research their costs which are 2 to 3 times higher than others. I moved quickly on installing an attic vent, multilayer insolation and mold removal because they showed me multiple pictures of black mold in my attic. After the work was done, I told them the black mold was still on the wood. The installers told me it was black paint. I made the mistake of not getting copies of the pictures from the initial inspection. Surprisingly the pictures were deleted less than 6 weeks later. They offered me $750 to make it right. That was less than 10% of what I unnecessarily spent. On top of that I had to sign a legal note not to speak ill of them. Needless to say I did not take the money so I could write this review. They kept telling me as I complained that I was the only one complaining and they had a perfect record. If it's so perfect why do they have an electronic system in place to legally shut someone up. My recommendation is you can get equal or better work for much less. Don't let their push for you to move quick whether their flawed inspection is saying there is a problem or of the supposed price savings. I decent company would not play the pressure game of speed. Also they advertise in their brochure the TriGuard insolation is Made in America. The bag it came in said Made in China. I do have a picture of that.

GBMr.Shaun at the presentation Mr.Shaun at the presentation, he handled himself as a professional salesmen, no pressure (which we all like) explained everything well! Food was cooked to perfection as well! The inspector Nick, very professional, explained everything to perfection do me to understand. Great guy! The technicians Nick and Jerome, called when they running behind due to traffic (I greatly appreciated it) showed before, during and after pictures. Everything looks great and they works there butts off. 10/10 company!

GBDerrick and Chase were my contractors… Derrick and Chase were my contractors today. From the start of there job today they were both very friendly and professional in everything they did. They were informative, they were fast and thorough. I would recommend this company and these 2 workers to everyone.
