After having a faulty front door for… After having a faulty front door for nearly a month, Mr Window Ltd were very helpful and friendly, ensuring I got a new front door quickly and efficiently. From the salesman, surveyor and installer the process was straightforward and professional. The cost of the front door was also very reasonable and I had lots of options to choose from. I was advised install would happen after Christmas and fortunately enough I got a call saying I could have my door fitted sooner than expected and before the festive season which was amazing. Due to the extreme heat last week a pane of glass in our sky lantern had shattered, in less than an hour from reporting this to Glen we had two Very helpful gentleman at our home. They cleared the shattered glass that was out of reach, helped me move the furniture, made the repair water tight and also measured for a replacement. Thank you again for your great service and communication.

No pressure from them, and couldn’t be more helpful whenever i called with a question. We had the heritage flush windows which look amazing. The fitters arrived on time each day, worked hard from start to finish and were very respectful of our home. They were very professional and I can’t recommend them enough. Any mess was cleared up and all of the rubbish was taken away. The workmanship was of a very high standard. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service above and beyond Great service received from Mr Window. My nan who's elderly and vulnerable contacted Mr window about her patio doors being unable to lock and felt very insecure in her own home worrying about someone being able to just walk in. Mr window sent out an engineer straight away. The guy who attended was professional, identified the problem causing this and resolved the issues immediately. I would like to thank those at Mr window for their help. The service was great and I would highly recommend them. Thanks to Mr window my nan can now relax and feel secure in her home again
