GBFinally got a refund for mis sold product. Whilst the salesman was friendly, he effectively sold us a product we couldn't have. Salesman took our order and deposit (£800) for front door and side panels but later that day he rang to say that what we'd chosen couldn't be made for our order and to choose something else! We didn't want something else and after a much persuasion they agreed to refund us our money - as they should. The refund took over seven days to arrive, and only then after several chasing phone calls.

GBRepair of double glazed door handle and lock… Back double-glazed door handle and lock were failing. We were given a date for visit less than 48 hours ahead. Steve arrived promptly; found the problem; searched the back of his van for parts; found them; repaired faults within the hour. Everything was wiped and swept clean. Steve was charming throughout, and provided excellent advice not just on this door, but on windows and doors more generally. A really good service.
