GBJust received a response from the business on a 7 month old post Bob Taylor's Carpet finally response to my review posted 7 month ago. Point taken on your LACK of customer service! By the way, the BBB closed the case because Bob Taylor's at Crestview refused to address our concerns and we no longer wanted to waste our time with this store...Cut our lost and learn a costly lesson. But you won't fool us again.

GBIt's nice to see normal It's nice to call a company, set an appointment date, they show up on time, take measurements and discuss options, then provide you with an estimate.....this should be normal, but in my experience, you are lucky to find a contractor who will do this....This company does what is normal....and for that, you get my 5 star review!
