Just received a response from the business on a 7 month old post Bob Taylor's Carpet finally response to my review posted 7 month ago. Point taken on your LACK of customer service! By the way, the BBB closed the case because Bob Taylor's at Crestview refused to address our concerns and we no longer wanted to waste our time with this store...Cut our lost and learn a costly lesson. But you won't fool us again.

Sylkia, at Bob Taylor, is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Sylkia is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! She has a deep understanding of the latest products for any challenging or normal situation and a keen eye for colors, look and style to match or highlight your home decor. If you want a superior result for your home project look no further. Ours had uneven concrete, tiles were cracking and hollow. Sylkia knew exactly what the challenges were, how to ensure the issues would be solved and Donald, our tile installer, executed our major project with absolute perfection.
