The customer service was outstanding We had been trying to work with the company the cemetery recommended, but we were rather disgusted with the hard sell, lack of customer service, and high prices. We had something specific in mind, and the company told us they couldn't do what we wanted. I started researching online and found Arcadia Monuments. Lara was very sympathetic about our experience with the other company. She explained their process and how she coordinates everything with the cemetery, including shipping and installation. The customer service was outstanding and friendly, and the price was completely reasonable!

I recommend this company My family and I had originally contracted with our funeral home here to complete a dual marker for our parents. Needless to say, that turned into the biggest fiasco of all time. We couldn't get anywhere with them and our design. It seemed that we couldn't use any artwork since it wasn't basic clip art.
