I am impressed by the professionalism… I am impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the Rapid Response crew! Jesus was very good about following up, notifying me when to expect the team to arrive, and keeping me apprised of the progress being made. This is the second time using Rapid Response and both times has been a good experience. I will certainly recommend the firm for the excellent work.

Great Team, Great Service Due to toilet running over for a couple of hours, I had major water damage in both bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways. RRT was recommended and I hired them for the remediation. Jacob was the tech that handled the remediation and he was great! Once carpets were dry enough, he moved all furniture in the bedrooms to a pod I had rented. Tore up all the carpeting, and necessary drywall. He has been very professional and has gone above and beyond. I am very pleased with all the staff at RRT and recommend them if you need this type of work completed.

I have this contractor through my…insurance company. I have this contractor through my insurance company. They started the worked needed on my property. They haven't finished. I called and left a message. They do not call me back. They picked out the cabinets for my house instead of me!! They told me they were coming over so I let my daughter know to stay at the house and they didn't show up or call. My claim was open in September and it is March. My claim is still open and they do nothing!
