Over the moon Where do I begin. Let's start with Kenny Tucker, who is hands down the BEST Project Manager EVER! The level of professionalism and care that was put into this project is unmatched. He walked me through every step and executed with diligence. It was almost as if my home was his, and made sure that every little detail was done with care. I've had many disappointments with contractors over promising and not completing projects, so I was definitely skeptical, but Kenny Tucker is a man of his word! I was literally brought to tears when my project was finished. Kenny, from the bottom of my heart....I THANK YOU! I hope and pray your employer recognizes you for the asset you are! I would do it over and over again, ONLY if you were in charge! Great job!

I am impressed by the professionalism… I am impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the Rapid Response crew! Jesus was very good about following up, notifying me when to expect the team to arrive, and keeping me apprised of the progress being made.
