After a broken pipe flooded 4 rooms … After a broken pipe flooded 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms, RRT was out quickly to dry out the affected areas. Once the insurance had approved the claim, Adam came out and went over everything with me. He listened to my concerns and made sure I was happy with everything going forward. He called often to check the progress and make sure I was happy with what was going on. Marlon, the project manager, and his crew were great. They were respectful of my property and very polite. They did an excellent job with the painting and laying floors throughout my house. I would definitely use them again.

My wife and I (Frank & Erica Dunlap) My wife and I (Frank & Erica Dunlap) had RJ Murray our technician and he was very good in the process of cutting the wall which had a lot of mold in it. He has helped us tremendously by telling us what type of solutions he will be using in the process and consistently reached out to his managers to make sure everything is expedited 100% correctly. As a person who's a store manager of company,RJ Murray is somebody myself who I wish I had on my staff he is an asset to the company Rapid Response Team and he definitely puts his best foot forward I wish there was more people like him in the world. RJ is somebody who really cares about his career and knows exactly what he's doing in the process. Still waiting for project completion almost 3 months later! I was pleased in September 2018, but not this summer, when repairs were necessary following multiple roof leaks from the original job! I first contacted RRT on June 17. The roof repair happened TWO MONTHS later, on August 14, but the inside repairs (small areas of water-soaked ceiling and wall) are STILL not done as of September 12! No one from RRT has checked back to see how things are going.i just messaged Owen Romero of HD Roofing about the unfinished work, and he claims his guys told him they had completed the inside. Nope.

Over the moon Where do I begin. Let's start with Kenny Tucker, who is hands down the BEST Project Manager EVER! The level of professionalism and care that was put into this project is unmatched. He walked me through every step and executed with diligence. It was almost as if my home was his, and made sure that every little detail was done with care. I've had many disappointments with contractors over promising and not completing projects, so I was definitely skeptical, but Kenny Tucker is a man of his word! I was literally brought to tears when my project was finished. Kenny, from the bottom of my heart....I THANK YOU! I hope and pray your employer recognizes you for the asset you are! I would do it over and over again, ONLY if you were in charge! Great job!

Very Professional I met them at my neighbor’s house for water damage. They called in advance, showed up on time and did their job. They were polite, respectful and updated me every step of the way. Very professional.
