Jesus was very good about following up, notifying me when to expect the team to arrive, and keeping me apprised of the progress being made. Great Team, Great Service Due to toilet running over for a couple of hours, I had major water damage in both bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways. RRT was recommended and I hired them for the remediation. Jacob was the tech that handled the remediation and he was great! Once carpets were dry enough, he moved all furniture in the bedrooms to a pod I had rented. Tore up all the carpeting, and necessary drywall. He has been very professional and has gone above and beyond. I am very pleased with all the staff at RRT and recommend them if you need this type of work completed.
