I only wish the process with the insurance company was just as smooth and easy! After a broken pipe flooded 4 rooms … After a broken pipe flooded 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms, RRT was out quickly to dry out the affected areas. Once the insurance had approved the claim, Adam came out and went over everything with me. He listened to my concerns and made sure I was happy with everything going forward. He called often to check the progress and make sure I was happy with what was going on. Marlon, the project manager, and his crew were great. They were respectful of my property and very polite. They did an excellent job with the painting and laying floors throughout my house. I would definitely use them again.

He has helped us tremendously by telling us what type of solutions he will be using in the process and consistently reached out to his managers to make sure everything is expedited 100% correctly.
