GBTerrible customer service I’ve contacted your company five times today via phone on December 8, 2023 with zero response. Every time I’ve called so far no one has called me back but I’ve been told that they will “get back to me shortly.” All I need is my tracking number. I paid for priority shipping three days ago to have it sent within one to three days and I still haven’t even gotten the email that it was shipped yet. This is horrible customer service. I’ve also written a review on Google, and will continue to write on platforms if someone does not get back to me. My order number is: 83746.

GBI was a bit concerned because my order… I was a bit concerned because my order was taking so long, but when I contacted them they went ahead and resent my order so I didn’t have to wait for the original which was apparently stuck in transit. Not long after I got the resent one I got the original too and they said I could keep both. Needless to say I’m happy overall with everything

GBI was pretty worried at first because… I was pretty worried at first because it was taking awhile to get here and I thought maybe it wasnt coming, but it turned it out it got delivered to my neighbor. Luckily they brought it to me eventually and it was definitely worth the wait at any rate!

GBNever received order Never received order. Never received response from customer support after 3 attempts. Will not order again nor recommend. To put customer service in perspective, I had a delayed order from SundayScaries, another online THC gummy retailer, and upon contacting them they sent a replacement order, priority shipping. Now THATS what Im talking about. Theres other great online retailers out there, why risk your money with this site.
