GBAmazing brand :) So I firstly wanna say this company is AMAZING. I bough my first gummies (the ultra high blue razz ones) for my first time ever taking gummies. It was INSANE. I felt like the best version of myself and ever since I can’t stop coming back. I bought the dab pen after that and it’s still going! (Been abt two months with me using it more than twice a day) I just placed another order and got money off because they do points after every purchase!!! GBTerrible customer service I’ve contacted your company five times today via phone on December 8, 2023 with zero response. Every time I’ve called so far no one has called me back but I’ve been told that they will “get back to me shortly.” All I need is my tracking number. I paid for priority shipping three days ago to have it sent within one to three days and I still haven’t even gotten the email that it was shipped yet. This is horrible customer service. I’ve also written a review on Google, and will continue to write on platforms if someone does not get back to me. My order number is: 83746.
