GBTwo Doors, No British Accent! Front door and back door that I had shimmed, replaced weatherstripping, door sweeps and placed towels on the floor to stop air leaks until I gave up and called Westshore. Imani L., Tyrone B., and Britt T. arrived to replace the doors. They took care of the job as if it was their own house. Removed the old doors, rebuilt the threshholds, changed the metal cladding, blew insulation around the frame, installed the new doors and made sure they were squared in the opening for a great looking and operating, finished project. Also, special thanks to Dan Buccola for the sale writeup. My wife will be home on Saturday for the final review.

GBDO NOT USE WEST SHORE HOMES So this is my second complaint about West Shore installing a shower. I posted earlier that I had a half wall they installed and I needed to find someone to put in the half glass. When I finally found an installer he would not do the job because the half wall was not straight. After two months, West Shore finally came back to fix the wall. The same installer came back and we asked him to attach the handrail which was not installed the first time. While installing the handrail he drilled a hole in our waterline. In order to fix it they had to put a hole in my living room wall. Needless to say, I have to wait another week to have my wall repaired!! This has been a nightmare. 🤦♀️

They try to lock you in a contract so that you can’t price shop and when you cancel they attempt to strong arm money out of you even if they have not done any work or scheduled your install. Subject: Complaint Regarding Credit Reporting and Payment Issues Dear West Shore Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your company. Unfortunately, I find it necessary to file a formal complaint due to the lack of truthfulness in credit reporting and payment practices. Background: I placed an order with West Shore on 20-MAR-2024. After reconsidering my decision, I attempted to cancel the order the following week. Issues: Credit Reporting: Despite my cancellation request, I noticed that West Shore inaccurately reported my credit status. This has negatively impacted my credit score, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Payment Strong-Arming: Shockingly, I received communication from your legal department threatening to extract $5,000 from me. This strong-arm tactic is both unethical and unacceptable. Expectations: I demand immediate resolution in the following ways: Correct the credit reporting error promptly. Cease any attempts to coerce payment through intimidation. Action Required: Please provide a written confirmation of the corrective actions taken within five business days. Failure to do so will compel me to escalate this matter further.
