Excellent quality and received in 2.5 weeks The website says 3-4 weeks to get your order and I received mine in 2.5 weeks. The price includes free shipping! I called their customer service (which had stellar reviews online) before placing an order for the TKO barbell set and they said their stock order arrives in 2 weeks then they turn the order over quickly to send out to the customer. Everything was exactly as she said. Packaging was very secure. The quality is excellent! The weights have a smooth finish and the barbell has a nice soft lining for better grip. I am very pleased and will order future equipment from them.

just what my wife wanted I ordered a TKO cardio pump set for my wife. It arrived pretty quickly. She was very happy with it. I thought price was a little high, but still better than similar equipment from others -- and I've noticed that most exercise equipment costs more these days (due to Covid-19 and holiday demand).

A formerly real company is now a fraud This appears to have been a real company once upon a time. Now it clearly is not, it seems to be a fraudulent storefront using the website of the original company. They will not ship your product. They will not refund your money. They will not respond to emails, phone calls, facebook messages, or voicemails. I have a long paper trail of my repeated attempts to get some sort of response from them. ANY response from them. I'm being forced to do a chargeback with my credit card company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

GOOD My order was shipped earlier than anticipated and I needed to have the shipping address changed. Unique took care of that for me as soon as I contacted them. The package was delivered and I used my new barbell and weights that afternoon. The equipment is good quality and was half the price of what competitors had listed. I am very pleased with my purchase and the company was very prompt with their response to my change of address request. I will recommend them to others and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!

Avoid At All Cost Avoid At All Cost. It’s a scam and I lost $425. Save yourself the time and money and go buy from someone else. I purchased a set of Powerblock dumbbells and they sent me the wrong set twice. I returned both sets and I am still waiting on my refund of $425. I have contacted them multiple times and they do not respond. Completely terrible company. I have started a charged back through American Express since I have not heard from them in over a month.
