GBCompany seems to be ‘checked out’ when it comes to info sharing Agee with other reviewers on total lack of transparency on company’s part and their lack of an informative process per back orders. Wanted something for Christmas that I had to call 3 days prior to get any info on holdup. Then month later and no communication I left another concerned voicemail. Not instilling confidence that we will ever be getting this paid for item. Terrible customer relations.

GBI needed a new lifting belt and went to… I needed a new lifting belt and went to my local national chain sporting goods store thinking I could pick it up quick and easy. They did not have the size I wanted and I honestly thought is was very expensive. I looked on-line and found Unique Fitness. They had the size I needed at almost half the price of the national chain. Sweet!

GBI was looking for adjustable dumbbells… I was looking for adjustable dumbbells for my home gym, and Covid-19 made them nearly impossible to find. Unique Fitness Concepts had the Power Block EXP set in stock, for an EXTREMELY FAIR PRICE! Better than I could find anywhere else. I emailed them with a question and they responded - fast. That's rare in customer service these days. An overall great experience.

GBI can't get anyone from the company to… I can't get anyone from the company to reply to my emails or phone calls about where my order (paid for) is in the process of shipping.
