But they responded whenever I had a question and I received my product within the expected timeframe factoring in the delay. The website is easy to use and the prices are more than fair. GBGOOD My order was shipped earlier than anticipated and I needed to have the shipping address changed. Unique took care of that for me as soon as I contacted them. The package was delivered and I used my new barbell and weights that afternoon. The equipment is good quality and was half the price of what competitors had listed. The order was based on internet site description WITH PICTURE which shows leg/foot support including leg calf support. My delivery did include the foot support, HOWEVER NO CALF SUPPORT. This date 5-31-2021 after trying three different phone numbers, all dead ends. Please call me at 843 607-2609 to discuss. My wife is in Memory care and I need the right chair immediately.
