Company seems to be ‘checked out’ when it comes to info sharing Agee with other reviewers on total lack of transparency on company’s part and their lack of an informative process per back orders. Wanted something for Christmas that I had to call 3 days prior to get any info on holdup. Then month later and no communication I left another concerned voicemail. Not instilling confidence that we will ever be getting this paid for item. Terrible customer relations.

Ordered my some Powerblocks from them… Ordered my some Powerblocks from them back in March, although I read the reviews I know it would take accouple of weeks to get them in the mail but no one else was offering anything better. Its been a few months now, I am very satisfied with my them even tough it took 3 weeks to get my items. I also had a payment issue I mistakenly made in the beginning that was handled very fast as well. Would definitely recommend them for their reliable items and excellent costumer service.

Quality product at a fair price Due to very high demand Unique Fitness warns right on their website of delays. But they responded whenever I had a question and I received my product within the expected timeframe factoring in the delay. The website is easy to use and the prices are more than fair. I trust Unique Fitness to deliver high quality equipment at a good price and they did not disappoint. Would definitely buy from them again.

GOOD My order was shipped earlier than anticipated and I needed to have the shipping address changed. Unique took care of that for me as soon as I contacted them. The package was delivered and I used my new barbell and weights that afternoon. The equipment is good quality and was half the price of what competitors had listed. I am very pleased with my purchase and the company was very prompt with their response to my change of address request. I will recommend them to others and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again!

Scam Scam. 4 months later and I never got my product. Please avoid this company.
