Company seems to be ‘checked out’ when it comes to info sharing Agee with other reviewers on total lack of transparency on company’s part and their lack of an informative process per back orders. Wanted something for Christmas that I had to call 3 days prior to get any info on holdup. Then month later and no communication I left another concerned voicemail. Not instilling confidence that we will ever be getting this paid for item. Terrible customer relations.

Its been a few months now, I am very satisfied with my them even tough it took 3 weeks to get my items. A formerly real company is now a fraud This appears to have been a real company once upon a time. Now it clearly is not, it seems to be a fraudulent storefront using the website of the original company. They will not ship your product. They will not refund your money. They will not respond to emails, phone calls, facebook messages, or voicemails. I have a long paper trail of my repeated attempts to get some sort of response from them. ANY response from them. I'm being forced to do a chargeback with my credit card company. AVOID AVOID AVOID
