GBjust what my wife wanted I ordered a TKO cardio pump set for my wife. It arrived pretty quickly. She was very happy with it. I thought price was a little high, but still better than similar equipment from others -- and I've noticed that most exercise equipment costs more these days (due to Covid-19 and holiday demand).

GBExcellent quality and received in 2.5 weeks The website says 3-4 weeks to get your order and I received mine in 2.5 weeks. The price includes free shipping! I called their customer service (which had stellar reviews online) before placing an order for the TKO barbell set and they said their stock order arrives in 2 weeks then they turn the order over quickly to send out to the customer. Everything was exactly as she said. Packaging was very secure. The quality is excellent! The weights have a smooth finish and the barbell has a nice soft lining for better grip. I am very pleased and will order future equipment from them.

GBLoved it at first I got the POLAR PRODUCTS ACTIVE ICE 3.0 38" X 22" BLANKET PAD COLD THERAPY SYSTEM WITH DIGITAL TIMER, 9 QUART RESERVOIRSKU: PP-AIS3.0-9-BB. My wife had a knee replacement and she loved it at first but the pump would stop pumping sufficiently to keep her leg cool. The pump isn’t restricted by anything because I use frozen water bottles as suggested. I’ve tried keeping the cooler level with the blanket(which is inconvenient) and it still didn’t keep pumping enough. I’m thinking there is too much flow restriction with the blanket being that it has a lot of channels or cells to pump through. The package also came with instructions for a control with a timer and we recieved a basic controller for flow only. I would appreciate a solution as she continues recovery and she will be having the other knee done soon. Thanks

GBCompany seems to be ‘checked out’ when it comes to info sharing Agee with other reviewers on total lack of transparency on company’s part and their lack of an informative process per back orders. Wanted something for Christmas that I had to call 3 days prior to get any info on holdup. Then month later and no communication I left another concerned voicemail. Not instilling confidence that we will ever be getting this paid for item. Terrible customer relations.
