But they responded whenever I had a question and I received my product within the expected timeframe factoring in the delay. The website is easy to use and the prices are more than fair. Loved it at first I got the POLAR PRODUCTS ACTIVE ICE 3.0 38" X 22" BLANKET PAD COLD THERAPY SYSTEM WITH DIGITAL TIMER, 9 QUART RESERVOIRSKU: PP-AIS3.0-9-BB. My wife had a knee replacement and she loved it at first but the pump would stop pumping sufficiently to keep her leg cool. The pump isn’t restricted by anything because I use frozen water bottles as suggested. I’ve tried keeping the cooler level with the blanket(which is inconvenient) and it still didn’t keep pumping enough. I’m thinking there is too much flow restriction with the blanket being that it has a lot of channels or cells to pump through. The package also came with instructions for a control with a timer and we recieved a basic controller for flow only. I would appreciate a solution as she continues recovery and she will be having the other knee done soon. Thanks

Well worth the investment Received the water rower in less than a week and it exceeded my expectations. The parts were of very high quality and easy to assemble. I wanted to be a little higher off the floor, so i ordered the Hi-Rise kit (leg extensions) separately with the same wood finish. I researched other rowers and this one has a 500-lb weight capacity for any larger humans interested. Perfect for kick starting weight loss journey. The sound of the water is wonderfulness. I love swimming, however with the Covid action i’m unable to use the pool at the YMCA. Awesome equipment- well worth the investment!
