But they responded whenever I had a question and I received my product within the expected timeframe factoring in the delay. The website is easy to use and the prices are more than fair. GBAvoid At All Cost Avoid At All Cost. It’s a scam and I lost $425. Save yourself the time and money and go buy from someone else. I purchased a set of Powerblock dumbbells and they sent me the wrong set twice. I returned both sets and I am still waiting on my refund of $425. I have contacted them multiple times and they do not respond. Completely terrible company. I have started a charged back through American Express since I have not heard from them in over a month.
