Well worth the investment Received the water rower in less than a week and it exceeded my expectations. The parts were of very high quality and easy to assemble. I wanted to be a little higher off the floor, so i ordered the Hi-Rise kit (leg extensions) separately with the same wood finish. I researched other rowers and this one has a 500-lb weight capacity for any larger humans interested. Perfect for kick starting weight loss journey. The sound of the water is wonderfulness. I love swimming, however with the Covid action i’m unable to use the pool at the YMCA. Awesome equipment- well worth the investment!

The order was based on internet site description WITH PICTURE which shows leg/foot support including leg calf support. My delivery did include the foot support, HOWEVER NO CALF SUPPORT. Loved it at first I got the POLAR PRODUCTS ACTIVE ICE 3.0 38" X 22" BLANKET PAD COLD THERAPY SYSTEM WITH DIGITAL TIMER, 9 QUART RESERVOIRSKU: PP-AIS3.0-9-BB. My wife had a knee replacement and she loved it at first but the pump would stop pumping sufficiently to keep her leg cool. The pump isn’t restricted by anything because I use frozen water bottles as suggested. I’ve tried keeping the cooler level with the blanket(which is inconvenient) and it still didn’t keep pumping enough. I’m thinking there is too much flow restriction with the blanket being that it has a lot of channels or cells to pump through. The package also came with instructions for a control with a timer and we recieved a basic controller for flow only. I would appreciate a solution as she continues recovery and she will be having the other knee done soon. Thanks

Avoid At All Cost Avoid At All Cost. It’s a scam and I lost $425. Save yourself the time and money and go buy from someone else. I purchased a set of Powerblock dumbbells and they sent me the wrong set twice. I returned both sets and I am still waiting on my refund of $425. I have contacted them multiple times and they do not respond. Completely terrible company. I have started a charged back through American Express since I have not heard from them in over a month.
