Company seems to be ‘checked out’ when it comes to info sharing Agee with other reviewers on total lack of transparency on company’s part and their lack of an informative process per back orders. Wanted something for Christmas that I had to call 3 days prior to get any info on holdup. Then month later and no communication I left another concerned voicemail. Not instilling confidence that we will ever be getting this paid for item. Terrible customer relations.

But they responded whenever I had a question and I received my product within the expected timeframe factoring in the delay. The website is easy to use and the prices are more than fair. The order was based on internet site description WITH PICTURE which shows leg/foot support including leg calf support. My delivery did include the foot support, HOWEVER NO CALF SUPPORT.
