GBCompany seems to be ‘checked out’ when it comes to info sharing Agee with other reviewers on total lack of transparency on company’s part and their lack of an informative process per back orders. Wanted something for Christmas that I had to call 3 days prior to get any info on holdup. Then month later and no communication I left another concerned voicemail. Not instilling confidence that we will ever be getting this paid for item. Terrible customer relations.

GBI needed a new lifting belt and went to… I needed a new lifting belt and went to my local national chain sporting goods store thinking I could pick it up quick and easy. They did not have the size I wanted and I honestly thought is was very expensive. I looked on-line and found Unique Fitness. They had the size I needed at almost half the price of the national chain.
