GBI've only been using this product a few… I've only been using this product a few weeks, along with other holistic treatments, exercise, diet restrictions, 6 mon ago my hemoglobin A1c was 6.3, /glucose 132 last week 4/13/2021 I had to retake my labs, my main concern was Hemoglobin/glucose my Dr said today these are labs that make a Dr PROUD, hemoglobin 5.7/glucose 122. Like I said I've only been on this product faithfully for right at 3weeks, but along with other herbal natural aids, increased exercise, water I'm going to stay on this track, next labs in late June will update you. Oh I carry one bottle with me like my wallet and water so this I don't miss my appropriate intake. I've already recommended to 2 others

GBThe order was never shipped The order was never shipped. You never responded to any of the 3 emails I sent you trying get my order. Your initial email stated my order was "label created" at UPS. I purchased from you because of your stated shipping policy of "USPS or FedEx delivery which ever is faster..." Now, ten days later, my order still states "label created".

GBPoor Communication My entire shipment was delayed, due to one item being out of stock. TVS never contacted me regarding the delay, even after its status was 'paid in full' and 'unfulfilled' on the orders page of their site. I used the "preferred" method of email to reach out, and received no reply. I found a courteous employee on the phone when I contacted them two days later. He let me know the missing item had been received by the warehouse, but could not be sent out for another two days. The package arrived a few days afterward.

GBInitial experience… I love the concept and I think it’s got great potential however teething troubles have put me off. It doesn’t address allergies / intolerances at all in the initial assessment , doesn’t give options either . Customer support has not responded to my multiple request on addressing my issues. So I gave up … & its put me off using the app & now I have trust issues with the brand.
