GBKevin was quick . Your email response of within 24 hours never happened Kevin was quick to resolve my issue with monthly charges. Im a little less happy with your email response. I emailed you December 30 and again 2 weeks later got no response at all Your product had no effect and i wanted a refund on rhe 3 additional bottles i took for a month and saw no changes. But i furgit to call back before the 90 days thats my fault

GBCustomer support Lianne (108) was very… Customer support Lianne (108) was very helpful. She listened and did exactly what I requested. My only strike on her is telling me I am wrong. However, in not sure about this company. The advertisement that I responded to did not say anything about a monthly subscription. Thankfully, they emailed me before charging my card. How many would have missed this email? Many. This was inappropriate use of PCI information. Further, the agreement that I do have is full refund of I see no value of this product within 90 days of regular use (with no return) plus a bottle of something supplied by their distributor. According to Lianne, there will be a full refund, however I have to return unused product, and there is no trial bottle from the distributor. She was not informed properly and now the burden is on me to prove it.
