GBThey say what they mean and mean what they say! My experience with this company helps restore my faith in a company saying what they will do and actually doing what they say! Building trust by really following through is a rare commodity these days. Although at least for me, the Brazilian Wood did not produce the desired effect, at least they honored their guarantee and refunded my cost! Also a feather in their caps that truly you can trust! GBKevin was very helpful and assisted me… Kevin was very helpful and assisted me with charges that I felt we're erroneous. I wasn’t trying to buy multiple shipments. when I was reading through my receipt noticed that there were gonna be multiple shipments. Kevin took care of it in prompt and orderly fashion!

GBBilling Issues I was billed for a service i didnot sign up for and when i brought it to their attention the problem was taken care of and the overcharge was refunded. I am completely satisfied with how this problem was handled. I also bought three bottles of Brazilian wood and I am completely satisfied with this product, I may buy some more.
