I saw an unrecognized charge on my… I saw an unrecognized charge on my credit card. I was ready for a fight. When Mary answered the call, she explained what it was and took care of the issue cheerfully and completely. I would hire her if I had the opportunity. She was great.

Kevin was quick . Your email response of within 24 hours never happened Kevin was quick to resolve my issue with monthly charges. Im a little less happy with your email response. I emailed you December 30 and again 2 weeks later got no response at all Your product had no effect and i wanted a refund on rhe 3 additional bottles i took for a month and saw no changes. But i furgit to call back before the 90 days thats my fault

Customer support Lianne (108) was very… Customer support Lianne (108) was very helpful. She listened and did exactly what I requested. My only strike on her is telling me I am wrong. However, in not sure about this company. The advertisement that I responded to did not say anything about a monthly subscription. Thankfully, they emailed me before charging my card. How many would have missed this email? Many. This was inappropriate use of PCI information. Further, the agreement that I do have is full refund of I see no value of this product within 90 days of regular use (with no return) plus a bottle of something supplied by their distributor. According to Lianne, there will be a full refund, however I have to return unused product, and there is no trial bottle from the distributor. She was not informed properly and now the burden is on me to prove it.

Customer service was great Eliaza #114, Customer service was great. She was knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I appreciate her taking care of me. Good people are few nowadays.
