GBI was conned during the order process… I was conned during the order process to "sign up" (somewhere in the fine print) for some "online course" re the Brazilian Wood use. No mention of where or how to activate this "course" during the order process so I only became aware of this "course" when the $79.92 recurring charges begin showing up. This con job (even with refund) insures that I cannot recommend nor re-purchase your product. Which has not worked for me....was going to give it some more time, but now I may take advantage of your money back guarantee. Karma a b-word..

GBThey say what they mean and mean what they say! My experience with this company helps restore my faith in a company saying what they will do and actually doing what they say! Building trust by really following through is a rare commodity these days. Although at least for me, the Brazilian Wood did not produce the desired effect, at least they honored their guarantee and refunded my cost! Also a feather in their caps that truly you can trust! Another plus is their customer service reps, that I encountered, were responsive, helpful and the best I have ever had the pleasure to talk with! May God Bless You!

She was so accommodating and understanding regarding the reason for my call. She even tried to help me by suggesting I consider trying another product that might offer more effective results. GBI saw an unrecognized charge on my… I saw an unrecognized charge on my credit card. I was ready for a fight. When Mary answered the call, she explained what it was and took care of the issue cheerfully and completely. I would hire her if I had the opportunity. She was great.
