GBBilling Issues I was billed for a service i didnot sign up for and when i brought it to their attention the problem was taken care of and the overcharge was refunded. I am completely satisfied with how this problem was handled. I also bought three bottles of Brazilian wood and I am completely satisfied with this product, I may buy some more.

GBThey say what they mean and mean what they say! My experience with this company helps restore my faith in a company saying what they will do and actually doing what they say! Building trust by really following through is a rare commodity these days. Although at least for me, the Brazilian Wood did not produce the desired effect, at least they honored their guarantee and refunded my cost! Also a feather in their caps that truly you can trust! GBI was conned during the order process… I was conned during the order process to "sign up" (somewhere in the fine print) for some "online course" re the Brazilian Wood use. No mention of where or how to activate this "course" during the order process so I only became aware of this "course" when the $79.92 recurring charges begin showing up. This con job (even with refund) insures that I cannot recommend nor re-purchase your product. Which has not worked for me....was going to give it some more time, but now I may take advantage of your money back guarantee. Karma a b-word..
