She was so accommodating and understanding regarding the reason for my call. She even tried to help me by suggesting I consider trying another product that might offer more effective results. As far as I'm concerned, she is the best at what she does. I commend her with highest regards!

GBDO NOT BUY from SuperNaturalMan. DO NOT BUY from SuperNaturalMan.. The customer service is probably the ONLY good thing about the company. When you sign up to buy bottles they will "TRICK" you, by using FINE FPRINT, and put you on a SUBSCRIPTION where they will send you 6 bottles in less than 60 days. They ALSO do NOT have a shipping address other than a PO BOx so returning is ONLY through USPS. Read all the trustpilot reviews. The only reason it shows as good is because their customer service, if you can find how to get to them, is extraordinary and MOSTLY about getting REFUNDS and not about the product. Also, their URl with 5gmale is a dangerous site to visit. No physical address is another big alarm. As well, most of the replies are from Shaun who copies and pastes the replys that do not offer actual solutions. They pawn it off to “passing along to management”...

GBTerrible Terrible! Either these reviews are from the seller of the product or this product only works on some of the purchasers. Just terrible! Tried the 100% refund able agreement on was told after trying 5 of the 6 bottles that I should have contacted them before finishing the second bottle. Thought I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, but got screwed. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You will be as sorry as I.

GBGood things can happen! I received confirmation of the three refunds that I requested. I am truly amazed. At this point of my life, I have become somewhat cynical of internet vendors. Today, I was proven completely WRONG. Huge shout out to Trust Pilot for making this refund happen!
