I wasn’t trying to buy multiple shipments. when I was reading through my receipt noticed that there were gonna be multiple shipments. Kevin took care of it in prompt and orderly fashion!

They say what they mean and mean what they say! My experience with this company helps restore my faith in a company saying what they will do and actually doing what they say! Building trust by really following through is a rare commodity these days. Although at least for me, the Brazilian Wood did not produce the desired effect, at least they honored their guarantee and refunded my cost! Also a feather in their caps that truly you can trust! Another plus is their customer service reps, that I encountered, were responsive, helpful and the best I have ever had the pleasure to talk with! May God Bless You!

Customer support Lianne (108) was very… Customer support Lianne (108) was very helpful. She listened and did exactly what I requested. My only strike on her is telling me I am wrong. However, in not sure about this company. The advertisement that I responded to did not say anything about a monthly subscription. Thankfully, they emailed me before charging my card. How many would have missed this email? Many. This was inappropriate use of PCI information. Further, the agreement that I do have is full refund of I see no value of this product within 90 days of regular use (with no return) plus a bottle of something supplied by their distributor. According to Lianne, there will be a full refund, however I have to return unused product, and there is no trial bottle from the distributor. She was not informed properly and now the burden is on me to prove it.

Second Mile Service--Highest Commendation I have never spoken with a service rep as polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous as the one I did today, Corina rep ID #102. She was so accommodating and understanding regarding the reason for my call. She even tried to help me by suggesting I consider trying another product that might offer more effective results. As far as I'm concerned, she is the best at what she does. I commend her with highest regards!
