The 2nd company could not keep my records straight, took forever to mail my meds to me and the final straw was when they switched my meds to another product doubling the cost. This company is the most responsive to any and all questions at anytime day or night. They include clear precise information and very helpful links! GBNo problems I have sent several emails and always got prompt responses. I received my first prescription last week (did my second injection yesterday). So far everything has gone well. I am hoping my next 3 month order goes as smoothly.
