This is the best weight loss company I… This is the best weight loss company I have ever used! They always send my medication on time. They are quick and kind with response. I love Brittany and Chelsey. They always make sure I understand every time I have a question. Thank you MinuteMD!

Improvement needed Not great communication on medication prescription, doses and prices. Also didn’t know you have to have a paid subscription to get the medication but it doesn’t automatically refill? Most of the time I end up with more questions than answers and can’t really get a straight answer from someone over email. Improvement needed for sure.

Some Good, Some Bad When things go well, I am satisfied. However, they don't send the medication at regular intervals; you have to request it. I had a year with no problems, but this last time everything went wrong and now I have spent 3 weeks without any medication. Also, now the price has gone up by $50 a month. Be advised that they can put the price up whenever they want without notice, and although you pay every month, you don't receive medication every month.

Helpful Customer Service I had some questions that I needed answered before I placed my order so I emailed customer service. They responded so quickly and the representative was very helpful! Once I placed my order it arrived sooner than expected and the instructions were very clear.
