I’ve been using minuteMD for a year and… I’ve been using minuteMD for a year and I’ve been so impressed from the start! Their customer service is unmatched and they seem to truly care! I’ve lost 30 lbs so far and have enjoyed using them and would recommend them to anyone!

Please just don’t do it. Find another provider. I have been using minute md since October, I did my labs and received my medication on time every time. My concern is their customer service and very hands off approach to this medication. They do not reply and you don’t have the capabilities to speak to your prescribing dr. You can email/chat on the portal but it is with a third party who speaks to the provider for you and will, maybe, get back to you. And when I say that, I mean they reply with a “speak to your primary care provider”. They are dangerously nonchalant about the medication THEY are prescribing you. They give you absolutely no information on side effects, risks, and they don’t help you if you submit labs or any side effects that may be abnormal. I would never use this company again if I wasn’t locked into a contract with them. I would highly suggest finding another telehealth company that will actually help you because I promise you minutemd does not care.

When I asked about it they didn't even answer my question and went on about how they can confirm his med was delivered. I had to reachout a second time to get them to clarify why I had 2 bottles with my name on it and none with his with only 1 month between orders. Selecting the RIGHT patient is priority #1 in medicine.

Just waiting on product to move forward. Very excited to transfer to MinuteMD. More positivity to come I hope!! Update: Received my prescription faster than I could hope. Everything MinuteMD has promised, has been delivered surpassing my expectations! Look forward to working towards my goal and maintaince with MinuteMD!

The waiting process is long and really… The waiting process is long and really no communication. Status just states processing but never exactly processing what. Also it will be about 3-4 weeks before you get medication, if I get it because I don’t know if I did since it just states processing. The next payment will be due soon and haven’t even received the first order.
