GBImprovement needed Not great communication on medication prescription, doses and prices. Also didn’t know you have to have a paid subscription to get the medication but it doesn’t automatically refill? Most of the time I end up with more questions than answers and can’t really get a straight answer from someone over email. Improvement needed for sure.

The 2nd company could not keep my records straight, took forever to mail my meds to me and the final straw was when they switched my meds to another product doubling the cost. This company is the most responsive to any and all questions at anytime day or night. They include clear precise information and very helpful links!
