USImprovement needed Not great communication on medication prescription, doses and prices. Also didn’t know you have to have a paid subscription to get the medication but it doesn’t automatically refill? Most of the time I end up with more questions than answers and can’t really get a straight answer from someone over email. Improvement needed for sure.

USThe waiting process is long and really… The waiting process is long and really no communication. Status just states processing but never exactly processing what. Also it will be about 3-4 weeks before you get medication, if I get it because I don’t know if I did since it just states processing. The next payment will be due soon and haven’t even received the first order.

USSo far 10 out of 10 Sign up was easy. Everything happened in promised time frame or better. Haven’t used the injections yet (though they arrived in lightning speed) that’s for tomorrow. 10 out or 10 so far.

USEvery step was easy and quick Every step was easy and quick. I am sure there was a portion that described step by step and I bypassed it bc I kept wondering what the next step was every step of the way. In the end I received my medication before the estimated time.
