BoxNutra shipped the wrong item and… BoxNutra shipped the wrong item and needless to say it has taken weeks to rectify teh situation and I did provide a negative review- today I spoke with Geri in customer service who was apologetic, reasonable and professional, she sent me a shipping label online to return the wrong (and more costly item) and shipped what we ordered. It's fair to give positive feedback when warranted and this representative was excellent- the others I dealt with could certainly learn from her professionalism- not sure if I will try to order again but this was rectified, and she warrants credit

Do not order from this company Do not order from this company . Products are made in China . The website misleadingly states all Products are "stored" in a GMP warehouse while not actually produced in USA. Larger shipments will not be delivered to your door as they exceed weight limits unlike Fedex Ground. You must go pick them up yourself , good luck. No paper work regarding quality is included.

Questionable psyllium husk powder - Avoid I purchased 10 kgs of psyllium husk powder and it did contain ground psyllium husks although was a much darker tan color than “normal” powder and has a terrible taste. I have been consuming psyllium powder for over 7 years. When I inquired, they provided two very different COA’s for their powder so I really cannot figure out why the taste is so terrible. I will resume buying “NOW” psyllium husk powder in bulk in the future instead. I have tried several brands of psyllium husk powder but BoxNutra’s is just different from all the others and probably should be avoided. I think their guaranteed no questions asked refund may be bogus too.

Health risk! Avoid! Past 2 orders: My bag of "magnesium citrate" was something else entirely, a dark brown powder that is definitely NOT magnesium citrate. Next order was completely contaminated with orange greasy residue all over the outside and inside of the bags. You cant be confident that you are ingesting what is on the label or that it is pure. Serious health risk. Will never buy again.
