GBAmazing customer service! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen - I emailed about issues with their website, and they fixed the problem as well as sent a very courteous response. When some site issues were not resolved, they gave me a discount for the products. It did take an entire month to receive my products, I never got a shipment notification, and one product seems to be missing. However, my emails about the issue were answered in a very timely manner, and I received several refunds to compensate for the hassle. Product quality is excellent - will definitely buy from them again!

GBBoxNutra shipped the wrong item and… BoxNutra shipped the wrong item and needless to say it has taken weeks to rectify teh situation and I did provide a negative review- today I spoke with Geri in customer service who was apologetic, reasonable and professional, she sent me a shipping label online to return the wrong (and more costly item) and shipped what we ordered. It's fair to give positive feedback when warranted and this representative was excellent- the others I dealt with could certainly learn from her professionalism- not sure if I will try to order again but this was rectified, and she warrants credit
