Ease of use was nice Ease of use was nice. However, was asked for app rating before hearing from anyone or receiving any estimates. Way too soon. How about letting me complete the use before requesting a rating. Don't have enough experience using the service to accurately gage its benefit.

The solar panel estimator was easy to… The solar panel estimator was easy to use and even linked to an overhead view of my house when I submitted my address. The only thing that I didn’t care for was linking my name and contact information with solar companies as I was only doing initial research. After using the site I was contacted by no less than five companies selling their service. That may be perfect for someone already intent on getting solar installation, but for someone like me in the beginning stages of research, it was a little much. Again, the site and estimator were excellent and easy to use.

The questions and process was very good… The questions and process was very good and smooth but at the end there was no average cost to view without inputting email and phone number. I understand it's complicated but perhaps offer an option to view a general price based on square footage and type of floor to be installed.

I was able to find most of of what I wanted I was able to find most of the information I wanted. At times the site was difficult for me to navigate, but I’m not that tech savvy. My generation (70’s) is full of bottom line people. The quicker we can get there, the better.

I was interested in seeing the square… I was interested in seeing the square footage of my roof and an “estimate” of cost to replace, not including demo. However, I am not keen on getting many calls from contractors. I am not at that point and prefer to compile my own lists. Other folks might love getting the calls and possible resources but I am not one of them. Thank you.
