Other than the guides, once I was ready for to hear a quote, I was disappointed that no one in my area was available through them. Guides were so helpful in giving me realistic cost that I only took 1 star away for contractors not being available in area. The Guides also gave me indications where I may have to do somethings myself to save on cost like self demo/removal and smaller installation like fixtures or flooring.

I did not want to go through all of the calling and emails and on sight estimates as I did not want to waste the company’s time or mine. The Fixr calculator was just what I needed. I fully understand it is not a set in stone estimate as there may be variables without taking an insight look, but I now know what ballpark amount to shoot for. The calculator was very easy to us.
