The only thing that I didn’t care for was linking my name and contact information with solar companies as I was only doing initial research. After using the site I was contacted by no less than five companies selling their service. That may be perfect for someone already intent on getting solar installation, but for someone like me in the beginning stages of research, it was a little much. Again, the site and estimator were excellent and easy to use.

I've never before learned this much information without having to schedule a time for someone to come out and quote it. I've not wanted to do that yet because this is very early stages for us because we have other financial goals to reach first, but at least now I know that owning a solar energy system is attainable based on the information provided on this website. Mind you, I've not confirmed the accuracy of this info yet but I feel it is reasonable based on what I've researched so far and based on what other people who have actually had solar quotes done have told me. Even though I didn't schedule any appointments for estimates, I like that I received quite detailed information immediately, and at this point, I've only been contacted a couple of times by text and maybe 3 phone calls so far from local solar companies. I was worried about being hounded by sales people but so far it's not been bad.

Guesstimate needed for goal to save amount for future I will be needing a new roof in the future and needed to find a guesstimate for the amount I need to set as a goal to save. I did not want to go through all of the calling and emails and on sight estimates as I did not want to waste the company’s time or mine. The Fixr calculator was just what I needed. I fully understand it is not a set in stone estimate as there may be variables without taking an insight look, but I now know what ballpark amount to shoot for. The calculator was very easy to us.

I has a great experience with Roof Calculator I has a great experience with Roof Calculator that I saw on FACEBOOK. I answered a few questions and put in my address so they could get a image of my roof .It tool like 3 minutes to get a quote and they give companies that they recommend.

A sincere and honest attempt to help The app walked through a number of questions and then gave me an answer. It worked through some estimates for solar costs but it was not able to give me an accurate answer. That said, the folks at fixr did follow up and seem sincere in trying to make an honest and useful tool.
