It was fast and provided an accurate measurement and rough estimate cost of roof repair, roof replacement and even new construction. Plus, it was great to have the option to pick which medium the customer needed for their specific roof concerns be it asphalt shingles, wood or even metal. Great job!!!

I was interested in seeing the square… I was interested in seeing the square footage of my roof and an “estimate” of cost to replace, not including demo. However, I am not keen on getting many calls from contractors. I am not at that point and prefer to compile my own lists. Other folks might love getting the calls and possible resources but I am not one of them. Thank you.

Ease of use was nice Ease of use was nice. However, was asked for app rating before hearing from anyone or receiving any estimates. Way too soon. How about letting me complete the use before requesting a rating. Don't have enough experience using the service to accurately gage its benefit.

Quote for a new roof I used this site to get the range of prices for a new roof before someone came to give me a "free" estimate, with very aggressive sales tactics. This calculator helped me understand the price I was quoted was high, so I resisted the "buy it right here right now" price from the sales person.

Many guidelines were very helpful in... Many guidelines were very helpful in giving me an idea on the quotes to expect. It also gives me an idea of questions to ask and how much information to place into the specs before quote is given. However, I which the site would give more information on what areas they can provide quotes for. Other than the guides, once I was ready for to hear a quote, I was disappointed that no one in my area was available through them. Guides were so helpful in giving me realistic cost that I only took 1 star away for contractors not being available in area. The Guides also gave me indications where I may have to do somethings myself to save on cost like self demo/removal and smaller installation like fixtures or flooring.
