I was interested in seeing the square… I was interested in seeing the square footage of my roof and an “estimate” of cost to replace, not including demo. However, I am not keen on getting many calls from contractors. I am not at that point and prefer to compile my own lists. Other folks might love getting the calls and possible resources but I am not one of them. Thank you.

However, I which the site would give more information on what areas they can provide quotes for. Other than the guides, once I was ready for to hear a quote, I was disappointed that no one in my area was available through them. Guides were so helpful in giving me realistic cost that I only took 1 star away for contractors not being available in area. The Guides also gave me indications where I may have to do somethings myself to save on cost like self demo/removal and smaller installation like fixtures or flooring.
