GBI was interested in seeing the square… I was interested in seeing the square footage of my roof and an “estimate” of cost to replace, not including demo. However, I am not keen on getting many calls from contractors. I am not at that point and prefer to compile my own lists. Other folks might love getting the calls and possible resources but I am not one of them. Thank you.

This calculator helped me understand the price I was quoted was high, so I resisted the "buy it right here right now" price from the sales person.

GBThis site has all the information that… This site has all the information that I've been searching for for years. I like how it shows the cost of labor and also the different scenario situations. I can now get paid for what I'm doing and also show the proof of the cost. I think this shows the national standard for pricing.
