Green Home Systems is horrible Green Home Systems is horrible. They tell you what you want to hear but don't deliver. This company has owed me money for 7 months. They have also failed to make system fully functional since it was activated in September of 2023. It produces electric but the only way to monitor it is to go outside and read meter. Seems the monitoring part of system was hooked up incorrectly. For the last 7 months they have promised to give me the information to sign up for what is called SREC so I can sell the electric produced. But they have failed to do so. Did receive an email from their legal department asking for time to discuss problem but after I stated I wanted all correspondence by email so there would be proof of what was said they ceased talking to me. Couple this with promises made concerning tax rebates to help me pay for system that I apparently am not eligible for because I am retired and I have to once again conclude that Green Home Systems is nothing but a joke.

Green Home was extremely thorough from… Green Home was extremely thorough from the first sales meeting to the complection of the project. All question and request for information was quickly addressed. Communication was well above par to keep us informed on evey step of the process. Thank you

Solar panel system in East Texas. We love having solar panels on our home. Green Home Systems were awesome to work with. The men worked like ants to accomplish our install. Having the SolarEdge program has been delightful. We can see the carbon footprint and to date we are figuratively planting “47” trees.

The company owes me money The company owes me money and they have since the beginning of July 2023 it is now April 2024. When I contacted them about the money they owe me they told me that I just have to wait until it is convenient for them to pay me as they can't or won't at this time.

Solar in your home After painstaking research I found Green Home Systems. I called and talked to a sales consultant about adding solar to my home. They were very helpful throughout the whole process. Handled all the permits and whatever else was needed to make it all happen. It all took several months but once the customer oriented installers arrived it was all coming to fruition. After the installation was complete the installers explained the system in brief and told me how to power it up after receiving my letter from the power company. All in all they are an esmxcellent company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone wanting solar.
