Lack of communication Ordered an expensive upgraded part to our solar system since their monitoring became obsolete less than 2 years after purchasing a 50k solar system. Another $1200 to allow us see how our system is performing. Purchased in January to receive in the mail in 10 days. Questioned the company a month later and received no response. Reached out 2 weeks later threatening to reverse charges before I received a response that the product was back ordered. Almost 3 months later and product or services have not been rendered. Would not recommend.

Solar contractor for Rooftop Residential Solar We got our solar panels from GRS in the fall of 2021. Despite the pandemic at the time everything went flawlessly and GRS was very responsive with our needs and adjustments as the job took place and then some follow up tweaks after the panels got turned on by the city. I just checked yesterday an we have so far generated 20MWh from our rooftop system and haven't had an electricity bill in a year and a half. Great service and a great company

Great return on our investment We had our solar installed more than 6 years ago… we now only pay a very minimal connection fee to the power company ($16.) we used to pay $250-$500 Per month. Based on our investment cost the system has already paid for itself through energy savings. It has a 25 year warranty, although we’ve never needed it. Two years ago the inverter was upgraded at no cost to us. The installation took only one day. The entire process, customer service, installation and follow through has been a fantastic experience. We are now creating GREEN energy and saving GREEN money.
