GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. It went from high pressure sales call, and a need to sign the paperwork THAT DAY!! To tremendous pressure to move ahead as fast as possible, to no contact at all, within 30 days. I have heard nothing in three months, and all emails are either being bounced back or dead ends. All phone numbers are disconnected. I've reached out to some local people who did the inspection of my roof to check to see if I needed a new one, and they told me that the company shut down here in Washington. I have heard nothing from them about that. I have signed loan documents, but no panels, and very little information on the loan itself to be able to close it out. Company is also doing business under USA Clean Energy Association.

GBOutstanding start. The August 2023 installation absolutely deserves 5 stars. Even my contractor husband was impressed. Then the ball was dropped like a hot potato! 5 months after install the local power company sent them an email detailing the paperwork they needed to hook up my unit. No response. It was good to see a January 2024 response to a review because we were having a hard time even finding the company online. So....they are still there just not answering ANY of my calls. Even my certified letter was returned. We don't want revenge, only a functioning solar system. You can keep the tax refund that the company was going to file in my name. Please, let us finish what we'all started.

GBI would definitely recommend both of… I would definitely recommend both of these companies, USA Clean Energy and Revolution Solar! The whole process has been seamless for me, they do everything. I was kept up-to-date as to where the process was. They came and installed the solar panels the other day, and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant to work with. Five stars for sure!

GBDo not go with this solar company Do not go with this solar company. False promises from the customer service have fallen through time and time again. Not even reaching out to the project coordinator (Elba Sanchez, sales rep (Mark Anderson), customer care team (David Manzo, Chris Gutcher, Charles Payne) have made an attempt to reach out to me via phone or email despite multiple attempts to get a hold of them. Since January 3rd I’ve still been waiting to hear from the team to get up and running. I’ve been making payments for the solar panels since October 2023 and still haven’t been able to use this service and still currently pay comEd for electricity. When the initial phone call was made we made sure to ask if we’d be charged for the service before being operational and the sales rep said no but that if anything they would pay until we were operational. They have only honored 1 months payment and have ignored me since.

GBSatisfaction with Resoltion Solar Aaron the sales person was very informative and did not pressure me. Everything was taken care of in timely manner and not fuss. Made very easy! Installation went very easily. Cold snowy day and workers acted like sun was shinning and and 70 out. Now just waiting for inspection to take place
