Where is Revolution Solar? Where is Revolution Solar? Are they bankrupt? Thanks to a very helpful Solar company from Michigan, I have been able to start producing PV power, but the battery has not yet been connected, due to a lack of configuration by Revolution. Will I ever hear from them again? The mystery continues.

Customer service unparalleled As with all Solar Projects, there are unexpected, delays and hiccups, especially when dealing with the government and getting permits lol. But Revolution Solar had the absolute best service team I have ever witnessed in my life. Anytime we reached out with a question. It was answered within minutes, sometimes seconds! our sales rep, Karen, Dottie Simpson, was phenomenal with holding our hand and walking us through every part of this process. I would do it all over again without a doubt.

Great Experience Revolution solar kept us updated for the entire process and were easy to contact for any questions. The installation was done in a few days and their technician walked us through the solar mobile application.

No support at all It seems I am fortunate to have a functioning system, but we have struggled to get there. We had our panels installed in December, we're told we would be given a new thermostat and bulbs to improve efficiency which was never mentioned again after the high pressure sales call. Now I have a couple panels that are have never worked and have tried reaching out to several places by email and phone with no response. We ended up having to turn out own system on after some time working with our power company. I feel like I spent way too much on this system that was supposed to have a 30 year guarantee, and it doesn't seem to have any guarantee at all.

Fast and professional installation Installed panels in a timely fashion. Kept us informed from start to finish along the way how the process was coming along. Now we're just waiting on our utility company to install our backward running electric meter, with no idea how long that will take.
