Revolution solar came and installed our… Revolution solar came and installed our solar panels right away. That took place in June 2023. As of today we are still not reaping any benefits as they have not got it hooked up. Most phone numbers are disconnected that we originally had and nobody returns your phone calls, texts or emails. I am paying for a purchase since last year and not seeing any benefits. This has been going on for over 9 months. Absolutely ridicoulus.

Lost connection to the company Installation went well as far as I could see. After half of the year using the system I have a question but all contacts (email, phone) stopped responding. I see that they are responding here in good comments. Addition: They replied by email after this review. Well, you decide if it is a good company or not. I think it is not how you do business. But the system works. I'm not sure what to do if something happened to the system. The company claimed it is insured, but I cannot find any documents on that (need to look through emails again). So, I don't know. It looks ok, but...

Started great Install, hookup, and use at first was great. Then my garage lights started messing up unlike anything before. Tried to get ahold of them but it's been no answer and no communication since.

If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. It went from high pressure sales call, and a need to sign the paperwork THAT DAY!! To tremendous pressure to move ahead as fast as possible, to no contact at all, within 30 days. I have heard nothing in three months, and all emails are either being bounced back or dead ends. All phone numbers are disconnected. I've reached out to some local people who did the inspection of my roof to check to see if I needed a new one, and they told me that the company shut down here in Washington. I have heard nothing from them about that. I have signed loan documents, but no panels, and very little information on the loan itself to be able to close it out. Company is also doing business under USA Clean Energy Association.

Great Experience Revolution solar kept us updated for the entire process and were easy to contact for any questions. The installation was done in a few days and their technician walked us through the solar mobile application.
