GBFast and professional installation Installed panels in a timely fashion. Kept us informed from start to finish along the way how the process was coming along. Now we're just waiting on our utility company to install our backward running electric meter, with no idea how long that will take.

GBGreat Job Revolution Solar Everyone I came in contact with at Revolution Solar was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I was assigned a Solar Specialist whose job it was to keep me informed of progress and answer any questions . The installation took place in 1 day . The team of 4 men did a great job and cleaned up as they left. I said I couldn’t see the panels from the ground so one member of the team took a picture and sent it to my phone. The city inspector came by several days later and we passed inspection.

GBDo not go with this solar company Do not go with this solar company. False promises from the customer service have fallen through time and time again. Not even reaching out to the project coordinator (Elba Sanchez, sales rep (Mark Anderson), customer care team (David Manzo, Chris Gutcher, Charles Payne) have made an attempt to reach out to me via phone or email despite multiple attempts to get a hold of them. Since January 3rd I’ve still been waiting to hear from the team to get up and running. I’ve been making payments for the solar panels since October 2023 and still haven’t been able to use this service and still currently pay comEd for electricity. When the initial phone call was made we made sure to ask if we’d be charged for the service before being operational and the sales rep said no but that if anything they would pay until we were operational. They have only honored 1 months payment and have ignored me since.

GBGreat Experience Revolution solar kept us updated for the entire process and were easy to contact for any questions. The installation was done in a few days and their technician walked us through the solar mobile application.

GBLost connection to the company Installation went well as far as I could see. After half of the year using the system I have a question but all contacts (email, phone) stopped responding. I see that they are responding here in good comments. Addition: They replied by email after this review. Well, you decide if it is a good company or not. I think it is not how you do business. But the system works. I'm not sure what to do if something happened to the system. The company claimed it is insured, but I cannot find any documents on that (need to look through emails again). So, I don't know. It looks ok, but...
