GBI would definitely recommend both of… I would definitely recommend both of these companies, USA Clean Energy and Revolution Solar! The whole process has been seamless for me, they do everything. I was kept up-to-date as to where the process was. They came and installed the solar panels the other day, and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant to work with. Five stars for sure!

GBRevolution solar came and installed our… Revolution solar came and installed our solar panels right away. That took place in June 2023. As of today we are still not reaping any benefits as they have not got it hooked up. Most phone numbers are disconnected that we originally had and nobody returns your phone calls, texts or emails. I am paying for a purchase since last year and not seeing any benefits. This has been going on for over 9 months. Absolutely ridicoulus.

GBDo not go with this solar company Do not go with this solar company. False promises from the customer service have fallen through time and time again. Not even reaching out to the project coordinator (Elba Sanchez, sales rep (Mark Anderson), customer care team (David Manzo, Chris Gutcher, Charles Payne) have made an attempt to reach out to me via phone or email despite multiple attempts to get a hold of them. Since January 3rd I’ve still been waiting to hear from the team to get up and running. I’ve been making payments for the solar panels since October 2023 and still haven’t been able to use this service and still currently pay comEd for electricity. When the initial phone call was made we made sure to ask if we’d be charged for the service before being operational and the sales rep said no but that if anything they would pay until we were operational. They have only honored 1 months payment and have ignored me since.

GBGreat Experience Revolution solar kept us updated for the entire process and were easy to contact for any questions. The installation was done in a few days and their technician walked us through the solar mobile application.

GBNo support at all It seems I am fortunate to have a functioning system, but we have struggled to get there. We had our panels installed in December, we're told we would be given a new thermostat and bulbs to improve efficiency which was never mentioned again after the high pressure sales call. Now I have a couple panels that are have never worked and have tried reaching out to several places by email and phone with no response. We ended up having to turn out own system on after some time working with our power company. I feel like I spent way too much on this system that was supposed to have a 30 year guarantee, and it doesn't seem to have any guarantee at all.
