Excellent Service - Excellent Service - I don't work that often with locksmiths but I called Door Resources to change out a lockset. Rachel in the office was so helpful and assured me Robbie would be able to take care of it. Well let me tell you, he sure did!! He extremely knowledgeable and took him no time to get the job done. Great experience Had the unfortunate experience of having a business broken into and needed an entry door secured immediately. Call Door Resources on a referral and talked with John. Explained my dilemma to John and he indicated his company could do the work on the same day. Hooray! Quoted me the price for an after-hours appointment and got me on the schedule for door repair this same evening. Arturo was the technician that arrived on time and proceeded to repair a badly damaged metal door. Arturo was professional and courteous, and, most importantly, got our door secure for the night. He took measurements for a door replacement as well. Very pleased with the entire experience with this company, from initial contact to repair.
