After arrival After arrival, it turned out that the doors they came to work on were cut wrong and milled incorrectly at the manufacturing level. Sales Rep figured out exactly what we needed. The tech was very knowledgeable and passionate about completing the job. He spend quality time in Taking care of our problem. That was very impressive and the crew that came was very professional and friendly considering.

Outstanding Customer Service & Loyalty The commercial door I purchased looks amazing, a year later I had a minor issue with the metal flashing placed on the brick not adhering. Highly recommend, used heavily by our company Door Resources has been our vendor for all issues door and locks for years. We're familiar with all the techs, and they always offer great service, and let us know when we DON'T need to spend money. We don't call anyone else for our commercial properties. They cover interior and exterior doors, have installed scissor gates over rollups, and serviced all of our roll up doors as well. I haven't found anything they can't do yet!
