EXCELLENT workmanship Steve & John From the time I called Blooming Grove Stair Co it was one day until I sat down with a sales associate, Zach. He gave me several options for my project and presented pricing the next day. I confirmed the project and 1 day later Zach was at my home reviewing same. I was told by Melissa it would be approx 2 weeks for my install. I received a call 6 days later and was delighted to hear that my job could be moved up! Steven and John were the installers on my project ( removing all old spindles and hand rails) filling and sanding holes, replacing 15ft or more of hand rails and installing stainless steel wire cables on two levels. They were amazing from beginning to end, professional, neat, nice, experienced, and did excellent work! I was so impressed by the set up, the work, and the clean up.
