Exceeded Expectation From design to installation to the finished product I was impressed. I had a vision and they made it come to life. I was told by many that we were stuck with a narrow functional stair case. Blooming Grove created the expansive open concept I wanted.

EXCELLENT workmanship Steve & John From the time I called Blooming Grove Stair Co it was one day until I sat down with a sales associate, Zach. He gave me several options for my project and presented pricing the next day. I confirmed the project and 1 day later Zach was at my home reviewing same. I was told by Melissa it would be approx 2 weeks for my install. I received a call 6 days later and was delighted to hear that my job could be moved up! Steven and John were the installers on my project ( removing all old spindles and hand rails) filling and sanding holes, replacing 15ft or more of hand rails and installing stainless steel wire cables on two levels. They were amazing from beginning to end, professional, neat, nice, experienced, and did excellent work! I was so impressed by the set up, the work, and the clean up. We just recently renovated our house… We just recently renovated our house and needed new interior railings. If you are looking for superior quailty and excellent workmanship do not look any further!! We had Greg install our railings and he was exceptional!! His work is beyond amazing!! I highly recommend this company. You will not be disapointed!

Very good experience Had a very good experience with BGS. Zachary was terrific, extremely courteous and helpful. Timely follow ups and notifications. Couldn’t have been a nicer guy to work with. Install went well with only a small issue and they responded with a repair.
