Outstanding Craftsmanship and Professionals. I have used BGS twice for my two homes and their work is impeccable. This time 8/1/2022 I had the pleasure of having Jon in my home installing new rod iron balusters. I required over 90 balusters, and he treated each one like it was the first, he took extra special care in the measurements and the install. BGS prides themselves in employing highly skilled professionals. Jon was a true professional and a pleasure, taking the time to explain what would be happening and followed that to the letter. Jon should be promoted and receive a raise, he really took his time and my bannisters are beautiful. He could be used to train new Recruits because he’s got the IT factor, which is rare. Definitely highly recommend BGS.

BGStair Company = Fantastic! From start to finish, Blooming Grove Stair Company was responsive and engaged in helping us meet our remodeling goals. Martin, the installer was fantastic, he took the time needed to make sure the job was done right, taking extra time to explain, ask questions and make sure that at the end, we were satisfied with his work. The sales team was great, they answered questions quickly, took our ideas and turned them into reality. A big thank you to Craig as well, his on-site visit to measure was quick, but most importantly, he shared his ideas and got the project rolling. Very good experience Had a very good experience with BGS. Zachary was terrific, extremely courteous and helpful. Timely follow ups and notifications. Couldn’t have been a nicer guy to work with. Install went well with only a small issue and they responded with a repair.

They are Professionals with outstanding… They are Professionals with outstanding customer service. Highly recommend contacting Zach Turner at BGS. We bought staircase from their sister co. DCS and had a great experience so we chose them for new railings. From the product selection help and installation process they have been incredible through out the entire project from beginning to an amazing conclusion. I cannot recommend and praise them enough!!!
