ADU journey HPP Care team, I started my JADU project in 2022 and received a grant from the state through HPP Care. I had no idea how to allocate funds and move forward with the construction simultaneously. It was so stressful not knowing what's next. Everything was my first step, like everyone else. HPP Care team (Karen, Diane) seamlessly navigated me through my journey so I could focus on the actual construction part. Diane was dedicated, always responded quickly, and answered my questions; her work ethic was amazing! I am thankful that HPP Care is there to help move forward every step of the way.

HPP Cares has great customer service My experience with HPP cares was very informative and helpful. I know that without Emily and her expertise I would not have know what to do. She was very patient and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns.

My experience through this whole… My experience through this whole process went pretty smooth. I am not good with technology but was able to complete everything via cell phone and laptop. I am so appreciative to qualify for this grant money which I received the full amount I was requesting. When I started my project the application process was not open. I was contacted in December 2023 and started the process. At this point I was a month away from my final inspection and had already paid all my contractors. I had gotten a Heloc loan from my bank and HPP Cares paid that loan off and sent a check directly to my bank. Thank you again for this opportunity it has truly been a Blessing for me and my family.
