Will not refund your money I joined up excitedly and then realised I don’t actually know what I’m getting. So I cancelled my subscription. Was easy to do but to get the refund forget it 😡. After numerous tennis ball emails to get it I still have yet received it. All they want to do is promise the world. “Lifetime access” to their program bla bla . Any excuse but to refund Updated after a reply was given I actually got 1/2 the refund back just now How pathetic to have to go through all of this stress just for 1/2 the amount paid

Absolutely useless program. Be careful, they charge more in 6 months Absolutely useless progra m. As a reviewer stated just before mine. I had the exact same experience. I looked one time, a bunch of complicated meals. I thought I cancelled. Never logged back on. Today I was notified by PayPal that I was being charged $99. I complained before the charge actually went thru, but they refused to reverse the charge.

Same bad experience as others here I had same experience as another customer listed here. I canceled my subscription a year ago, within a month of purchasing it, (by phone, so there is no record, of course) and then was hit with an annual renewal today. And then told it could take up to 6 months before it was "reviewed" and a credit was issued to me -- and my account was FINALLY canceled. Terrible customer service. Sorry I ever did business with them.

I went from apprehension to motivation! After I joined Reverse Health, I started navigating the program more. I didn't feel it was the right fit for me and contacted their live chat.
