I love my Myrtle cottage garden shed I love my Myrtle garden shed! It is exactly what I wanted and looks exactly like the website photo. I was guided as to when it should ship to correspond with build time and there was no warped or damaged wood. The milled pieces went together easily as the tongue and groove milling was of the highest quality. The packaging was incredible, the shipping was incredible. The windows and doors are a snug fit. It would have been helpful to have the doors labeled inside/outside and top/bottom just for quicker installation. Two window trim pieces were missing after assembly and the company sent me the milled pieces within a week. Great shed, great project, great company to work with.

We love the look of the solid build… We love the look of the solid build shed we built, but it isn't very windproof. WE lost the roof once with an 18 mile and hour wind gust, and then. With the base tied down and built to your specifications, a 26 mile an hour gust of wind took the whole building down, cracking several pieces of wood. The base stayed down, we had anchored it to the foundation. I watched the whole building go up like a linkin log playhouse, all the boards lifting one after another, tip over and crack. We rebuilt the thing with heavy reinforcements and are crossing our fingers each time it gets windy. We have had to make several reinforcements with beams to add strength as well as cover broken end pieces.

Fabulous service Fabulous service, Igna was terrific in every way! The company really stands by their product and does all they can to answer questions along the way. I never felt reluctant to show my novice building skills, Igna was very patient and kind and supportive! I cannot say enough about their service--spectactular!!

5 Star Rating! Everything about this company was 100% stellar the customer service was excellent the delivery could not have gone smoother. Friendly, courteous, helpful, and the biggest plus the myrtle house is absolutely 100% everything I thought it would be and more is of the finest quality latches windows doors, hinges, everything superior quality and excellent solid wood. It is not full splinters but more like a finished sauna wood.... beautiful and will be well loved. Beyond my expectations. To sun this up in o e word from start to finish...FABULOUS! Thank you, we all love our new little house.

Best ever seen and so versatile. Received the shipment in the pouring rain but placed all in our garage within 30 minutes to await the sun. Erected over a 2 day period, then tarped for several days of more rain (what drought?). Thursday, we will be installing a felt underlayment and an asphalt roofing. Will follow with a solar power source. Looks great now and will look better in a few days. Everybody who has seen it is impressed. So are we!
