The other company left me confused with several questions and Jacob was clear and concise. The first day I was very impressed with the amount of work the crew got done. I met Miguel, the project supervisor and he was also very knowledgeable. He volunteered to show me around as the project was in development and explained to me in detail what everybody was doing. This company works as a team and is very professional on all levels.

What I like about Pinnacle is that you have direct access to the owner l, who is an Engeneer and knows exactly what needs to happen with the foundation or repairs. Pinnacle did their job well - our house was lifted, the team was prompt, clean and respectful. Great service.

Robby and his team did exactly what they said they would, even after having to change the scope of work mid way thru. Overall, Robby and his team were great to work with and made everything work when 4 other adjustment to our pier and beam home (by another company) could never make it right. Jacob came out to check our foundation… Jacob came out to check our foundation as we had some small crack’s outside in foundation, small crack in one room, doors shifting and hard to close. Jacob was very knowledgeable, explained the process very well. The crew arrived on time did a great job and cleaned up great when done with job. We are very pleased with the results.
