I thought was very considerate. Robby was polite and professional. He explained his findings, answered all of my questions, and followed up with an email. I could tell he listened to my concerns & addressed them.

What I like about Pinnacle is that you have direct access to the owner l, who is an Engeneer and knows exactly what needs to happen with the foundation or repairs. If you live in Texas, keep this company name and number... When I heard we had to have our foundation repaired, I was scared. Scared of the price we'd have to pay, scared about our lack of knowledge would lead to us being taken advantage of. We met with 3 different foundation repair companies and Pinnacle Foundation was by far the most thorough and approached the repair using facts produced by ground penetrating radar. The repair price was less than expected and all our questions were answered. The work was done on time and after it was complete, they put the outside of our house back together and you couldn't tell any repair occurred. On the inside, the major crack in the wall disappeared which was totally astonishing. Robby has been very responsive every step of the way.
