If you live in Texas, keep this company name and number... When I heard we had to have our foundation repaired, I was scared. Scared of the price we'd have to pay, scared about our lack of knowledge would lead to us being taken advantage of. We met with 3 different foundation repair companies and Pinnacle Foundation was by far the most thorough and approached the repair using facts produced by ground penetrating radar. The repair price was less than expected and all our questions were answered. The work was done on time and after it was complete, they put the outside of our house back together and you couldn't tell any repair occurred. On the inside, the major crack in the wall disappeared which was totally astonishing. Robby has been very responsive every step of the way. Highly Recommend Robby and team came out and evaluated my parent's 80 year old pier and beam home. The home had significant challenges due to age and previous subpar repairs (handy man). The floors were uneven and unsteady. Robby was professional and very good in explaining what steps should be taken to stabilize the foundation. The outcome exceeded our expectations. Robby and his team did exactly what they said they would, even after having to change the scope of work mid way thru. Looking forward to working with Pinnacle We have not had any work performed by Pinnacle (yet) but had them come out to review some past work of another foundation company did to our 1930 two story Tudor style home. They also assessed work that may be needed (and overlooked by former company). Pinnacle was very thorough, they listened, and gave exceptional service.
