Hire Them Did My wife and I are first time home buyers and while we fell in love with a home in Carrollton, it was in need of significant foundation repair. We received multiple bids from our agent and broker, but we first thought of Pinnacle because they also completely redid the foundation at my in-laws house in Brookhaven. We called Pinnacle and were quickly paired with Jacob who came out to the house to measure. He gave me the good, bad, and ugly and was very clear in not only explaining the issues, but also articulating Pinnacles method for repair from an engineering perspective. We got the house under contract and insisted to use Pinnacle to repair the foundation. The seller agreed, and Pinnacle did the work last week, the process took about 2-3 days. Professional Foundation Repair Foundation repair was completed on our home a few years back by the previous owner. It failed. Thank Goodness we contacted Robby @ Pinnacle to fix our sinking home! If you live in Texas, keep this company name and number... When I heard we had to have our foundation repaired, I was scared. Scared of the price we'd have to pay, scared about our lack of knowledge would lead to us being taken advantage of. We met with 3 different foundation repair companies and Pinnacle Foundation was by far the most thorough and approached the repair using facts produced by ground penetrating radar. The repair price was less than expected and all our questions were answered. The work was done on time and after it was complete, they put the outside of our house back together and you couldn't tell any repair occurred.
