Nathan and the team on the day were very professional and tidy, did a very neat job of replacing the window with no damage to surrounding are or paintwork, as well as very pleasant to deal with. The whole install and liaison with him and Velux was seemless Although based in London the distance was irrelevant . A high quality team The Velfit team were excellent, they were the most professional tradesmen we’ve had on site in over a year of renovation work. They replaced two large flat rooflights for us, correcting a couple of problems from the previous installer. They listened carefully and came up with sensible solutions. They also worked hard and were polite and tidy. I would highly recommend Steve and his team.
