Once I accepted the figure the order was placed and once the window was made an installation date was agreed. The fitters came when expected and did a very good and efficient job, making sure everything was clean and tidy when they left

Steve is technically excellent ,very personable and had that extra level of customer focus that separates him from many others . The whole install and liaison with him and Velux was seemless Although based in London the distance was irrelevant . He even picked up the phone on a bank holiday when I had a problem I couldn’t solve … Thanks again.. couldn’t have done this without you .

Nathan and the team on the day were very professional and tidy, did a very neat job of replacing the window with no damage to surrounding are or paintwork, as well as very pleasant to deal with.
