The company are well organised and set… The company are well organised and set a realistic date to replace a loft Velux. The three people who turned up were knowledgeable and prepared the stairs and room with dust sheets before starting. Replacement was swift and they also replaced a broken roof tile whilst servicing the other Velux for a reasonable price. Full instructions were given about using the new window. They cleaned up after the job. So, 5* guys, it was an efficient and painless project for us.

Once I accepted the figure the order was placed and once the window was made an installation date was agreed. The fitters came when expected and did a very good and efficient job, making sure everything was clean and tidy when they left

Steve is technically excellent ,very personable and had that extra level of customer focus that separates him from many others . The whole install and liaison with him and Velux was seemless Although based in London the distance was irrelevant . He even picked up the phone on a bank holiday when I had a problem I couldn’t solve … Thanks again.. couldn’t have done this without you .

We had our widows installed by our main… We had our widows installed by our main contractor, however soon noticed issues once installed. We contacted Vel Fit who arranged a site visit to advise of the issues. There were a number of issues with the original installation, but the team at Vel Fit resolved as many of them as they could within 2 days! They were helpful, and very knowledgeable. I feel reassured that our windows are now installed correctly and will have no issues going forward. Would definitely recommend Steve and his team, only thing I would say is the guys a little messy 😁 we had to tidy up a bit once they left.

A real person had a sensible conversation, this continued with the project manager and then the two fitters. All were thoroughly professional, efficient and really helpful.
