Great work and great team Took very little time when the work finally started, delayed due to COVID situation, but to replace 3 skylights of different sizes only actually took 3 days to remove, replace and fit and make right. Plastering happened the following week and nothing was an issue, even when making one more skylight solar operated when I hadn’t originally planned that, parts ordered and fitted within a week. So happy with end result, and would definitely recommend. Great team, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Super quick from end to end and the end result is amazing - so very happy.

If had a loft window changed because of a leak If had a loft window changed because of a leak. After my contact a surveyor visited to enable an estimate to be given. Once I accepted the figure the order was placed and once the window was made an installation date was agreed. The fitters came when expected and did a very good and efficient job, making sure everything was clean and tidy when they left

Five star Velux service We have had different Velux approved fitters in to service our windows but Steve is in a different league. Great advice on revised design to replace old Velux windows that has given is more light and a greatly improved view. Steve and the team were great to have in the house - COVID facemasks, careful laying of floor protection throughout the house and spotless when they left. Really expert fitting and attention to detail for peace of mind. So glad we had this done. Definitely the company to go to.

We had our widows installed by our main… We had our widows installed by our main contractor, however soon noticed issues once installed. We contacted Vel Fit who arranged a site visit to advise of the issues. There were a number of issues with the original installation, but the team at Vel Fit resolved as many of them as they could within 2 days! They were helpful, and very knowledgeable. I feel reassured that our windows are now installed correctly and will have no issues going forward. Would definitely recommend Steve and his team, only thing I would say is the guys a little messy 😁 we had to tidy up a bit once they left.

Consummate professionals We received great service from Velfit. The assessment was quick, with a thorough discussion of possible options. The installation was efficient, and the team were courteous, tidy and knowledgeable. Their customer service was brilliant. We had some concerns a few months after the installation, and these were taken seriously and addressed. The company takes pride in its work, and it shows.
