The three people who turned up were knowledgeable and prepared the stairs and room with dust sheets before starting. Replacement was swift and they also replaced a broken roof tile whilst servicing the other Velux for a reasonable price. Full instructions were given about using the new window. They cleaned up after the job. So, 5* guys, it was an efficient and painless project for us.

Professional Installation We had a electric roof window installed. The fitters were very professional and did a great job. Only snag was confusion over responsibility for the electrical installation which meant the blind could not be fitted on the same day. The snag was resolved and the installer returned the next day to finish. Overall a good experience.
