Truly Excellent Vario install and follow up Truly the best service provider that I have experienced in a long long time . Steve is technically excellent ,very personable and had that extra level of customer focus that separates him from many others . The whole install and liaison with him and Velux was seemless Although based in London the distance was irrelevant . He even picked up the phone on a bank holiday when I had a problem I couldn’t solve … Thanks again.. couldn’t have done this without you .

A real person had a sensible conversation, this continued with the project manager and then the two fitters. All were thoroughly professional, efficient and really helpful. Low pitch roof window installation We had three low pitch roof windows fitted in our kitchen/diner. Steve and the team did a fantastic job in transforming our space into a bright and airy environment. Their work was of a very high standard. Excellent Service We had our three Velux electric windows repaired and serviced. Steve fitted us in within 24 hours. The work from him and his team was excellent, professional, clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone. Will certainly have them back for regular servicing of windows.

We had our widows installed by our main… We had our widows installed by our main contractor, however soon noticed issues once installed. We contacted Vel Fit who arranged a site visit to advise of the issues. There were a number of issues with the original installation, but the team at Vel Fit resolved as many of them as they could within 2 days! They were helpful, and very knowledgeable. I feel reassured that our windows are now installed correctly and will have no issues going forward. Would definitely recommend Steve and his team, only thing I would say is the guys a little messy 😁 we had to tidy up a bit once they left.
