USBiochemProtein.com is an averge… BiochemProtein.com is an averge shopping website. After visiting this site few times, I can rate it as mediocore. Their offerings aren't bad but nothing special. Search functionalitiy on the website isn't that satisfactoty and feels like a lot of improvment has to be done. Navigtion of the website is quite slow and could be sped up. Overall it's a ok experience, but when compared to other e-commerce websites, it feels a bit lacking. This is not the only issue, I find their prices to be unremarakble. I wouldn't totally urge someone not to shop here, but it's not somehting I would recomend either. Avoidable.

USOrder was never shipped after 7 days Order was never shipped after 7 days. Called to get status, they said they would call back but didn't in specified time. Cancelled order. Disgusted with this compnay.

USPoor customer experience as to what should be expected I placed a order with your company, and received a email on Aug 30th stating that my order had finished processing. As of Sept 5th I still had not received shipping information, so I emailed customer service and received a reply back telling me that my order was being processed(?). Two messages contradictory. Then on Sept 6th I received a message stating that my order had shipped (but UPS had no updates available as to delivery when I checked. Poor customer service as to what was expected.
