Experience confusing and misleading for 20% off offer When Biochem website first loaded I was offered 20% off for my email. I typed in my email. Next screen was confusing. Offered 20% off plus exclusive text offers. I declined. But assumed first offer for 20% off for providing email was good. Got to checkout screen. No 20% off. Started over, gave my phone this time. Got 20% off at check. Experience was confusing and I felt misled. Doubt I will shop there again

Poor customer experience as to what should be expected I placed a order with your company, and received a email on Aug 30th stating that my order had finished processing. As of Sept 5th I still had not received shipping information, so I emailed customer service and received a reply back telling me that my order was being processed(?). Two messages contradictory. Then on Sept 6th I received a message stating that my order had shipped (but UPS had no updates available as to delivery when I checked. Poor customer service as to what was expected.
