Poor order fulfillment and communication Ordered six products on sale. Order was processed. Four were not delivered and there was absolutely no communication from the company on this over the past month. Obviously they do not care about customer fulfillment or resetting expectations. I assume they over sold four units and unable to deliver. After a month, still don’t know.

Experience confusing and misleading for 20% off offer When Biochem website first loaded I was offered 20% off for my email. I typed in my email. Next screen was confusing. Offered 20% off plus exclusive text offers. I declined. But assumed first offer for 20% off for providing email was good. Got to checkout screen. No 20% off. Started over, gave my phone this time. Got 20% off at check. Experience was confusing and I felt misled. Doubt I will shop there again

Best, cleanest tasting protein powder I got the shipment quickly and was kept updated. But I was sent chocolate instead of natural flavor powder that I ordered, which I will use anyway
