Complete Satisfaction! The entire experience with Erie Home was nothing short of excellent. The initial meeting was thorough and the actual work was was really quick. From meeting to roof and gutters completed was less than 10 days. Highly recommend!

Associates were knowledgeable, not pushy, and gave me the facts clearly Erie Home came to my house and gave me a thorough evaluation of what I could expect by installing a new roof. I had wanted to replace my metal roof, but after looking at my roofline extensively and doing the slopes, it turns out a metal roof in my home isn't the best choice. I ended up purchasing their composite shingle type, at about half the price, and am loving it. The install was quick, considering they had to remove two layers of cedar shingles under the metal roof and replace the OMD. I've had so many people comment on how nice it looks. I couldn't be happier ... And a 50 year warranty to boot!!!

Customer service is awful Customer service is awful. Have been trying to get a window replaced (under warranty) for the last 4 months! They will not give a supervisor's name or contact, just keep telling me that "it will be on the truck on monday". This started in early December.

It’s a nice looking roof and for the… It’s a nice looking roof and for the cost should last a long time. It makes my brick home look almost new again. Best thing is no more leaks and my home is quieter. Yes, my homeowners insurance went up, not down and there were parts of their process which I did not like at all but the install was quick. I’m still finding roofing screws all over but I guess that’s normal.
