New roof experience We recently had a new roof installed by Erie, and the experience was very positive overall. Although the sales pitch and decision-making process were quite lengthy, taking up about four hours on a Sunday afternoon, the actual installation was swift and efficient. Work began promptly on Tuesday and was completed by Wednesday. We opted for fiberglass shingles, which not only look fantastic but are also expected to last for the next 30 years. As of now, we are thoroughly satisfied with this home improvement and would recommend Erie for their professionalism and quality workmanship.

Customer service is awful Customer service is awful. Have been trying to get a window replaced (under warranty) for the last 4 months! They will not give a supervisor's name or contact, just keep telling me that "it will be on the truck on monday". This started in early December.

I will call them again when its time to replace windows They came out on Sunday and replaced the entire roof with their fiberglass option and finished all but the clean up that same day. They filled up two dumpsters of materials but left that much behind with the promise they would be back on Monday. They did eventually come back on Tuesday Afternoon after the finance company released the money to them. Other than that they were efficient at the job. Our house isn't exactly small. It's been expanded twice in its 70+ years so the roof is a bit odd but they got it done. Here's hoping to 30 to 50 years of no leaks.

Basement Waterproofing This team was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and funny at times. They performed in an amazing job and my basement is more like another large room downstairs than a damp cellar. The crew cleaned up after themselves every day and gave me updates or if they had questions for me, they would ask, like if I wanted them to discard something or keep. I am proud to say my leak was stopped, my sump pump is quieter and the whole basement is humidity controlled.
