Florida Cash Home Buyers are the Best! Florida Cash Home Buyers are wonderful to work with. Shawn answered all of my questions and dealt with me patiently (even through my breaking down). Shawn was extremely efficient and handled everything. I'd like to add another 5 stars for Daniel, who helped keep me calm and make it all happen. Thank you so much for making the sale of my home so easy!

You guys are amazing! I want to thank this wonderful group for all their help in the process of selling my home. They were fast and efficient. They never seemed frustrated with me; extremely patient and understanding. Worked around my schedule, even offering easy solutions to issues that arised. I'd love to give a shout out to Iliana and Nirali at the law firm for bearing with me and helping make me feel comfortable in the whole process. Thank you ladies so much!

I was very impressed with your… I was very impressed with your representative Diana, she was very at tentative and sympathetic to our issues we have had with our house ! We lost our house to a Foreclosure that should of never happened. We had a scumbag of a Lawyer who took us for a ride and lost our house of 20 + years ! we are seeking some kind of restitution, but i don't know who i can trust! Sincerely, Peter & Robin Strickland, have a blessed day !

Best decision we made in selling one of our houses. My sister and I were skeptical if we could get a fair price for selling a home to a cash home buyer. After researching a few companies we decided to try FL Cash Home Buyers, LLC. It was an excellent decision and we got the price we wanted and within 30 days closing. I highly recommend them to anyone selling their home. They give you scheduled details of the process and keep you informed by their staffed departments. We rated them a five and they deserve it.

Easy to deal with! Very happy with Florida Cash Home Buyers! Paola helped us out and everything went super smoothly. From the first call to the final payment, it was all clear and straightforward. Can’t wait for our next project with them. Totally recommend. Five stars!
