I would particularly like to thank Jose for all that he did. Jose was assigned my sale about midway into the process and unaware of an issue with my condo that was affecting the closing date. He brought himself up to speed on what was going on and we worked very closely together to address the issue. He kept me promptly and fully informed of how things were developing every step of the way. Jose did a really great job and FCH should be thankful for having him as a member of their team!! They will ruin your neighborhood while you move on with your life... This reprehensible company buys up properties where the owners have let the home become inhabited by squatters or the repair is so beyond the pale that there is no hope affording it. They snap up these properties - instead of letting the homes roll onto the market and be purchased by families who will be productive members in communities- and then let them sit in trash, vermin, insects and ever-returning homeless squatters until the neighborhoods the houses are in have no recourse but hire an attorney to help with the process. Omer is being charged $100/day for this mess two doors down from me- but he won't move on getting the property cleaned up. He has owned it since Dec 9, 2021. Please don't sell your house to them- do not do it to your neighbors. Ask your neighbors for help finding a family to purchase, and create a happy ending.
