Best decision we made in selling one of our houses. My sister and I were skeptical if we could get a fair price for selling a home to a cash home buyer. After researching a few companies we decided to try FL Cash Home Buyers, LLC. It was an excellent decision and we got the price we wanted and within 30 days closing. I highly recommend them to anyone selling their home. They give you scheduled details of the process and keep you informed by their staffed departments. We rated them a five and they deserve it.

Florida Cash Home Buyers are the Best! Florida Cash Home Buyers are wonderful to work with. Shawn answered all of my questions and dealt with me patiently (even through my breaking down). Shawn was extremely efficient and handled everything. I'd like to add another 5 stars for Daniel, who helped keep me calm and make it all happen. Thank you so much for making the sale of my home so easy!

The way to do business. The professionalism, access, and transparency that your team offered was refreshing in a difficult time as letting go of a childhood home. You can tell that this company trains its team members to value people and to make the relationship mutually beneficial for all. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner. Thank You All!!!

I was very impressed with your… I was very impressed with your representative Diana, she was very at tentative and sympathetic to our issues we have had with our house ! Sincerely, Peter & Robin Strickland, have a blessed day !

Florida Cash Home Buyers is an amazing… Florida Cash Home Buyers is an amazing company. They turned a stressful selling situation into an extremely profitable one. They promised our home would sell in 90 days, but it sold even sooner at 60 days. There were no issues with closing. The funds from our sell were wired into our account within hrs of closing. They completely surpassed our expectations.
