We started this process March 2023 We started this process March 2023 - August of 23 we finally got our solar panels installed. They neglected to notice that our electrical panel needed to be upgraded, which delayed the process. After installation we noticed garbage was left on the roof and around our property and the metal roof was dented where they walked. I have reported the issues - we will see how it gets rectified. We still are not active with our panels, now we wait for inspection. Hopefully before winter we will be up and running.

They explain every little thing and are very helpful in assisting with questions you might have, and if they can't answer the question they refer you to the person that can. They ran into a hiccup, and had to replan how they were to be put on , made sure it was OK with myself and then put them on like nothing

Great experience and great price With my previous solar installer, Zenernet, I had a nightmare experience. With Blue Raven, I had the opposite experience. Their sales team was very educated on their product and wasn't pushy. Their team moved very quickly to get my panels installed and I had to do very little. Everyone was friendly and great to work with. Would definitely refer Blue raven to friends and family ~Martin Cole

Excellent customer experience, great staff Good process and excellent staff, from the sales rep to the installation crew. That crew was very effective, cleaned up after the work, and got everything working perfectly. Andy, the electrician was tremendous in the way he helped work out the locations and routing of all the connections. He was very nice and his expertise was appreciated.

It may be too early to know It may be too early to know, but so far the whole experience has been seamless. The Sales representative was personable, informative and not pushy at all. Today the installation crew were friendly, efficient, seemed knowledgeable and were great to work with. I still need and inspection before they get turned on then need to see how well the panels do.
