USThey updated my electrical box for the… They updated my electrical box for the solar panel install. The electrician under size range breaker and was called out by inspector. They have sent an electrician out twice to replace this breaker, and both times, no work was completed. I also have a 240v air compressor circuit that has each leg wired to 2 completely separate breakers on different ends of the main panel as this is not a functioning 240v circuit and yet an electrician shows up and reports no work needed to be done. Everything about their response is wrong. For starters, after each electrician visit, there has never been an email stating why no work has been done and won't be able to provide proof of emails sent. 2nd, as an incompetent company, they refused to address the issue verbally they wired my 240v circuit for the air compressor wrong. Their electrician stated they can run new wire to our stove or replace or oven with a 30 amp stove. This is a company that can't honor what their employees are promising and need to get the hell out the way so honorable companies can do right by their customers paying $78k for a job. This place is clearly ran by someone with zero integrity as I have received responses that are flat out lies

USService Well, I had my project done in October 2023. The installers were great, everything was working great until March 2nd 2024. My system went down on the 2nd of March. Seems like Blue Ravens service department could care less. I called several times to get someone out to look at it. First I was told that it would take 7 to 10 days just to get on a list that would put me on a schedule. How ridiculous is that. They did have a person come out and change the circuit breaker to see if that was the issue, not the issue. So after all that they put me on the schedule for the 26th of March. So you can see how frustrating this is. I really think this is way to long for service. Just to clarify Blue Raven Solar is out of Salt Lake City, and I'm in Reno Nv. They could use several more technicians out this way.

USSolar panel installation We had never installed solar panels before, so we wanted to get bids from at least 3 companies (as well as an education along the way!). Since Blue Raven was so highly recommended by Forbes Magazine, we got a bid from them. We had friends highly recommend another company, so we also got a bid from them. That company ended up being a bit lower than Blue Raven, but Blue Raven was willing to match their bid, so we went with them, and we're sooooo glad we did! It turns out that solar panel installation must be coordinated with several different agencies, utilities, and municipalities, which would have been quite daunting. However, Blue Raven made the process seamless and painless. Their people were gracious, knowledgeable, efficient, and supportive. They kept us in the loop every step of the way, and stayed on top of the process by following up with whichever agency was next in the process. In addition, they were always available to answer any of our questions along the way. Regarding the installation itself, their crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and left absolutely nothing behind. I honestly can't think of one area where I would suggest improvements. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

That crew was very effective, cleaned up after the work, and got everything working perfectly. Andy, the electrician was tremendous in the way he helped work out the locations and routing of all the connections. He was very nice and his expertise was appreciated.
