Blue Raven provided exceptional service… Blue Raven provided exceptional service from start to finish. The response time for questions and follow-up was superb! Technical crew was friendly and the solar panels look amazing! The panels are all one color including equipment so the look uniform and great from all angles. I was initially nervous about having them on the front of the house but they look great. When calling to get help on direction to turn the on the help was amazing and she was patient and kind.

Great experience and great price With my previous solar installer, Zenernet, I had a nightmare experience. With Blue Raven, I had the opposite experience. Their sales team was very educated on their product and wasn't pushy. Their team moved very quickly to get my panels installed and I had to do very little. We started this process March 2023 We started this process March 2023 - August of 23 we finally got our solar panels installed. They neglected to notice that our electrical panel needed to be upgraded, which delayed the process. After installation we noticed garbage was left on the roof and around our property and the metal roof was dented where they walked. I have reported the issues - we will see how it gets rectified. We still are not active with our panels, now we wait for inspection. Hopefully before winter we will be up and running.

It may be too early to know It may be too early to know, but so far the whole experience has been seamless. The Sales representative was personable, informative and not pushy at all. Today the installation crew were friendly, efficient, seemed knowledgeable and were great to work with. I still need and inspection before they get turned on then need to see how well the panels do.
